  I am bit disappointed with my experience at Bubble Time Wraps. Not too bad but not perfect. I received a quote for a front-end PPF and ceramic coating, placed my deposit, and moved forward in good faith. While the overall finish is acceptable, several edges were not tucked as expected. When I mentioned that I was comparing quotes from other shops, there was an immediate dismissive comment about competitors, which felt unprofessional and unnecessary. The turnaround time was quoted as 1–2 days. When I dropped off the vehicle, I was told it would be ready the next day. However, on the scheduled pickup day, after I had already taken time off work. I was informed the car was not ready and they needed an additional day to “make sure everything was okay.” Shouldn’t it be “ok” when ready for pick up? Anyways, that delay forced me to rearrange my schedule again and extend my rental at my own expense. I was initially told they would arrange Uber rides through a rental company. Instead, I paid out of pocket. When I addressed this with Omar, he laughed and stated they usually do not cover that but still did “removed it” on the invoice. That response, especially after the inconvenience caused by their delay, was unprofessional. Especially the reaction out of him. In total, I paid around $2,000 for this service. At that price point, I expected clear communication, transparency, and a higher level of customer service. The billing process was also concerning. The final invoice included added “material tax” and a $63 debit card fee that were not clearly communicated upfront. There was also an additional $235 charge that was later reduced by $50 to offset part of the rental cost. The changes between the original quote and the final invoice lacked clarity and felt inconsistent. Unexpected fees after the fact are not acceptable especially after receiving an invoice prior to that. Overall, the delays, inconsistent communication, surprise charges, and dismissive responses left a negative impression. I selected this shop based on promising reviews, but my experience did not reflect that reputation. Customers investing this amount of money deserve professionalism, accountability, and transparency from start to finish. It just seemed like he wanted me in and out of there lol. Wish I would’ve trusted my gut. I’ll give an update soon, since I have to do a follow up soon, and get touch ups? Thanks for the time though.

What I appreciated most was their dedication to getting everything done correctly to my satisfaction. They didn’t rush the process but instead focused on quality, ensuring that the wrap was applied perfectly. The end result exceeded my expectations—my car looks amazing, and the finish is smooth and seamless. If you’re looking for a shop that values quality workmanship and exceptional customer service, I highly recommend Bubbletime Auto Films. Omar and Bradley are the best in the business, and I’ll definitely be returning for any future auto wrap needs!

  Was in the market for PPF ( paint protection film ) on my new 2024 Chevy Silverado I purchased and came across Bubble time auto film . Omar called me Monday morning and explained everything throughly to me . Set up an appoint to bring in my Chevy and dropped it off . Picked it up today 1/27 with the finished result and it looks absolutely incredible. Better than I have imagined . I would 10/10 recommend bubble time auto film to anyone in the market to protect their vehicle .

  I recently got a full PPF installation on my car and I was amazed by the results and how the quality of their work is top notch compared to other PPF shops. They did an amazing job making my car look brand new and protected. I highly recommend them for PPF, vinyl wraps and window tints. They do an amazing work and I will definitely go back to their shop to get my car window tints from them. Thank you BubbleTime Auto Films.
