Drove in was meet by Jose who was very knowledgeable, as he proceeded to advise me about my vehicle and all it need done. Towards the end of the payment was fast and easy.

I went AAMCO recommended by my fleet company to service my car and followed their instructions and the representative had no idea how process the request and he wanted me to leave the car with no ETA on how long it would take. I went to Valvoline and Jose assistant manager at the Ontario location reassured me from the start that they work with my fleet company. I was in and out in no more than 30 minutes. They even greeted me on the way out. I hope they can always keep this level of exceptional service. It is very refreshing and rare to receive this type of service nowadays. Than you again Valvoline team for the great experience and your professionalism!

He handled everything really well, stayed professional, and made the whole process smooth. What stood out even more was the team around him. His coworkers were encouraging him the whole time and stepped in to help whenever he needed it. They kept telling him he was doing great and made sure he felt comfortable. It was really nice to see that kind of teamwork and support. Andre did a great job and the whole crew made it a 5-star experience.
