  I recently rented from National Car Rental at the Ontario airport, and had a great experience. When I first arrived, they didn’t have the compact SUV I reserved, and the initial vehicle offered wasn’t in the condition I expected. However, the management team stepped in immediately and handled it without hesitation. They upgraded me into a brand-new 2026 vehicle and made sure everything was right. What stood out the most was how professional, responsive, and genuinely helpful the staff was. I’ve used Enterprise Rent-A-Car many times at this location before, but this experience with National felt quicker, easier, and more customer-focused. They even followed up afterward, which really meant a lot. Overall, I left feeling taken care of and appreciated—definitely more like an Emerald Club member than just another customer.   National Rental staff at Ontario CA airport was friendly, helpful, and genuinely cared about our checkout and check-in experience. Let us choose a car on the lot, which was a new experience.

  Overall, service was good. Cars are usually good quality was fast and convenient for me. All they complain gas tank was not completely full. When I had the car had to fill one or two extra gallons than I normally would have.
