I am disappointed with the service that I got as far as communication. I believe service manager should have communicated with me on the timeline of my vehicle being at the dealership communicated with me that they weren’t gonna be available for a certain amount of time and therefore, I wouldn’t have tried to contact them multiple times with no response. I commute to work approximately 200 miles on a daily basis so my car is important they didn’t give me enough time or even an update so I could make arrangements for that commute so I am very disappointed on that behalf. No one from that department contacted me or anyone to oversee what the service attendant or manager was doing and this is how they treat their customers. It’s not the way you run your business communication, communication communication in the future please communicate with your customers if the service is gonna take longer than one anticipated, please update your customers. If parts are on backorder let them know. I was not informed so this is why I am upset.

They always give me great service at fair pricing, which isn’t always common when dealing with dealership service dept. I never wonder if they are trying to scam me and feel like they always tell me when things are truly needed and when things can wait. Recommend to all Volvo owners!

I'm going to be brutally honest here. In the past, I've driven [primarily] Volvo vehicles. My first Volvo was a 1997 Volvo S90 Sedan, and I drove it for 19-years with no major issues. And now I'm driving a 2016 Volvo S60 T5 Sedan. I've driven it for 8-years (bought it in 2018); however, for the past 6-months (at only 81,885 miles) I've been having oil over-consumption issues, replaced the whole AC system at $1,900, replaced coolant hose and two other hoses, as well as a gasket and thermostat at $1,025. Note: There was a class action law suit against Volvo for the above aforementioned oil over-consumption issue; however, the law suit was dismissed, soon after. Cars, in general, are not made the way they used to be, in the 70s, 80s, 90s, etc. They're not built to last for any length of time anymore, in 2026. I'm in the process of buying a [newer] one. And after careful, time consuming research, essentially, I found all of the major car manufacturers have major and minor issues with their vehicles, whether the car is new or used. The saving grace is the manufacturer's warranty on a new vehicle, if you choose to go the new route. In conclusion, I was disappointed in Volvo, but discovered it was not only Volvo vehicles that are having recalls, as well as class action law suits against them. It is either all or most of the car manufacturers having these problems. Is the push or shift to force consumers into buying either hybrids or EVs? And to get rid of gas powered vehicles altogether? This is just my honest opinion. Respectfully submitted, Gwen

Amazing Dealership! Caleb is the absolute best! Knowledgeable, resourceful, and fun to be around! He did all the things you needed and desire when you go to a dealership to buy a car. The process was essentially painless and exhilarating so signing on the dotted line and that debit from the bank account lands a little softer. I cannot be more appreciative of my experience after horrible experiences at other dealerships (not Volvo). Love love LOVE my car. Everything I wanted without having to pick and choose every little detail. Caleb streamlined the entire process from the moment I arrived at the dealership to when I had to rush to leave to attend my daughter’s performance. I didn’t feel like I wasted even 1 minute. I would refer any and everyone to him if you want quality service. Thanks Caleb!
