  The team is very good at explaining the entire process from start to finish. Each member is constantly verifying the process to other team members. I like knowing future services that I may need to budget for and/or if I need to take care of immediately.

  This was my first time taking my veichle to get my oil change. It took 2 hours to complete my service. I took my car to Valvoline because I was under the impression that it would be a quick service. Mind that I was only 3 cars behind the line to get an oil change. If I had known I would have dropped my car elsewhere and picked it up once it was completed and not have waited inside my car for so long waiting.

  My visits at valvoline are always a pleasant experience. Customer service is always at 100%. The staff are very polite, professional and always explain everything very thoroughly. I love taking my car in to valvoline.
