  I love this Valvoline location that manager's awesome they check everything completely if you need something they let you know they don't try to sell you things that you don't need and they're super efficient I come to this location instead of using the one by my residence in Riverside

  The whole experience was great,the people that helped me explained what they were going to do, what they look for ,things my car will need in the future. And topped of all of the fluids in my car, the even checked break lights and tire pressure. It was like a one stop whole in one kind of deal. They were honest thorough, and friendly. They didn't make me feel like my questions were dumb. I felt comfortable and they for sure gave me a peace of mind to what my concerns were with my car.

  This valvoline is my favorite. Everyone is so nice and always inform me of all the services needed. I've been a customer of Valvoline since 2017 and my vehicle is now at 200k miles but I wouldn't take it anywhere else. They always have great discounts too. This location is very fast and I've gone different days and times and I rarely have a long wait time. Whenever I have had any concerns, they have the best customer service and always correct things right away.

  I showed up to do an oil change & they also sold me on adding coolant, changing my air filter, and changing out my cabin air filter. Unfortunately for me, the lady who helped me here caused damage to my vehicle. When I was guided into an aisle and she came over to my passenger side door to swap the cabin filter she opens the door of my truck and it smacks against the stairs rails they use to go under but also use to seperate each asile/lane. Due to her lack of surroundings and not being attentive I know how have a very minor dent. But, even though it’s minor this was damage that was not on my vehicle as I pulled forward. The manager here that came and spoke to me (another lady) almost tried to act like she wasn’t seeing it. I came from East LA out to Ontario for a business meeting and stopped for an oil change here and boy was it a mistake. It sucks to know that now the damage on my truck is because of someone either being in a rush to just do sales and get you out or because simply they don’t care enough to see their surroundings and what they are doing. Let this review serve as a warning for you that you TELL them to be careful and attentive to their surroundings. Very unfortunate stuff. Ruined my day, mood, and even my brand new truck.

  If I could be honest, I came in a bit annoyed with how hectic my day started off fresh off a work shift and how everything is more expensive. $80 for a labor only oil change (ridiculous from the previous $55) and the store manage Alicia picked up all my annoyance and the fact that I have provided the wrong size oil filter, and she not only provided the correct filter she also did it with a smile and a $olution. Voluntarily Reaching out to her area manager I could tell that she values life long customers. Like seriously made my day on a hectic California Friday. Seriously, thank you to Alecia and her team !
