    I was highly satisfied with my experience at this Valvoline Instant Oil Change. The staff was extremely professional, friendly, and knowledgeable from start to finish. They explained everything clearly, and never made me feel pressured into unnecessary services. The service was fast and efficient, and I really appreciated being able to stay in my car the entire time. They checked all my fluids, explained what was being done, and made sure everything was taken care of properly before I left. Overall, it was a smooth, honest, and stress free experience, and I’ll definitely be returning to this location for future service.

    The reason I go there all the time to do my oil changes mainly because they tell me exactly what I need, they do it in a professional way, they are courteous, and they are very knowledged. They are quick get the work done and get you out. I never have to wait every time I go I just drive right through. Then I get a reminder when my car needs my oil change again and that helps a lot because you know you get busy you don't remember when it was done or you don't think about it when I get the reminder then I know yes okay it's time. Overall it's a great place to have your work done on your car.

    Tech failed to perform oil change stating in an invoice they vacuumed oil due to lug not being able to be removed, I was not informed of this procedure while I was there and no vacuum contraption was ever used since it was supposedly used above the motor. Furthermore, I paid for synthetic oil which you’re supposed to change 10,000 miles or more, the sticker for service is for 3,000 miles, further confirming my oil was never changed. Avoid this place like the plague, they figured since I’m a lady I wouldn’t know best
