- CLC LDec 4, 20251.0The person that answers the phone is beyond unprofessional and doesn’t know how to talk to customers. They scam customers to get more money. I was given a direct quote after having my car checked out just for days later the price to go up and time was extended. He said they can’t guarantee price and that it went up because the work would take him longer than expected. How is it my fault that you need more time? Once you quote a customer a price you should stick to it, especially if you are inconveniencing them by keeping the car longer than expected.
