    One of the two Fast Charging units was completely down for maintenance (Jermaine). The other, the dual charger (CCS) charger was out of order, though the app didn't reflect that, so it was a waste of a trip. Luckily, Electrify America has a bank of chargers in the same parking lot, so they got my $ instead. EvGo is consistently unreliable. I'd recommend looking into other companies. I didn't even know about Electrify America until this interaction with them.
