I had just been in a nearly fatal car accident on the interstate, and needed to get home and rest after a major concussion. Marcelo helped me find a good fit, worked with me, and felt like working with a friend versus a salesman. I’m a Firefighter, first responder, and he treated me with respect and dignity through a difficult time. I 100% recommend renting from here, there shop guy was great too that helped with roof rack. Solid folks!
