The car was then returned returned with the same aforementioned key card and a receipt was given which looked as expected, however about a month afterwards I received a new updated billing and receipt for a missing key which I did not lose since everything that was given to me was returned. I am highly dissatisfied with the deceptiveness and lack of communication by enterprise in this matter
- VHVicky HillsDec 8, 20252.0We were scheduled to pick up our car after our United flight landed at 11:30pm on Friday night, Dec. 6th. We were told the inside counter was open until midnight. We got to the counter at 11:30pm. No one was there and the Enterprise counter was dark. There was a sign that said “go to the Enterprise Booth outside”. All the other rental desks inside appeared to be open with staff present. We were concerned about midnight deadline, so we interrupted the lady at next counter and asked how to get to the parking lot. She pointed us to the main public door and said to just go out the door and look for it. We went outside to a huge parking lot with all the cars and saw several booths with each company’s sign but no Enterprise Booth!!! We did see a huge Enterprise Sign on a tall building way in the back outside the fenced in yard. We walked ALL over the parking lot, asking at the other companies’ booth’s that were open, and no one could help us. We asked everyone we saw, even the people at the few exit gates. Finally, with my 73-year old heart beating at 150+ beats per minute, after dragging around our luggage and two, heavy backpacks, we finally found someone at the far end of the parking lot who told us that the Enterprise booth was hidden behind a National booth. This was an extremely STRESSFUL! There were three people in the Enterprise booth talking with each other. It was very nearly midnight. Why nobody at the inside counter? Why weren’t you looking for us? Why didn’t the sign say something like: “Go out the doors to the parking lot, and then look to your right to see the National booth. Our booth is hidden behind that booth with no visible sign.” ??? There was a Manager was inside the booth, along with a couple of other people, and he helped us.
