I buy it, and then they can’t even find the order. On top of that, their customer service is terrible. A TOTAL WASTE OF TIME.

I purchased a remanufactured alternator from AutoZone in Anaheim 3 months ago, and was about to drive back to Anaheim from Ontario when I realized my battery was at 11.2 volts at idle. It was a toss up if I would make it to the nearest AutoZone, but I made it, and there was enough juice in my battery for one more start, then it would not even make my door chime when door was open. Battery tested okay, but low on charge, and with the help of the team, we confirmed it was a faulty alternator. Warranty without issue, slapped it in, and truck drove me home without issue. Thank you guys for your help!
