    The reason I gave a 3 star review is because one of your employees was a 5 star employee and the one that helped me was a 0 star employee. I went into the store yesterday (4-7-26) and viewed a couple economy 24F batteries (99-119$). I brought in my dead 24f duracell battery. I told the employee I wanted a cheaper battery as a replacement. He asked the make of my vehicle and looked at the computer. He said the cheapest he had for my car was 179.00. I kept asking about the cheaper batteries I saw the day before. He told me "Your not understanding Me" and kept saying the cheapest WE HAVE IS 179.00 . I again tried to ask about the other 24f batteries I saw the day before. He lost it, he said "Your not listening to me, I can't talk to you anymore. I 'll get someone else. He practically ran to the back of the store and said "I can't talk to this guy. Someone needs to talk to him, I refuse". The other employees asked him what was wrong, so I told them he doesn't want to talk to me. He then disappeared into the back area. I showed the 24F economy batteries that were on the shelf to the second employee. He calmly explained about the cold cranking power of the cheaper batteries. He said they wouldn't work in my car. Simple explanation for a simple person. A lot better than saying "the computer says'" without an explanation. The second employee was awesome. The first employee doesn't have the temperament to be in sales. He belongs in a office cubicle staring at his computer. When you work sales you shouldn't take it personal when someone gets angry or frustrated, because they don't understand something. They are not mad at you, they are mad at the situation. You could have also said I'll get someone else to help you without throwing a tantrum. I'll be back to the store in the future only because of the second employee.
