  DO NOT BRING YOUR VEHICLE HERE. This "repair" shop is known by local dealerships for doing poor quality work. They refuse to stand behind their repairs, use sub-par or incorrect parts and then blame the customer. Manager lady is rude and unwilling to help fix issue. In our case, my mother had her bumper "repaired" here and they used either NO clips or incorrect clips that fell out. The bumper started flapping around off of the vehicle when she was driving down the 401 (terrifying). If proper clips were used, there is NO possible way this would ever happen (as verified by licensed mechanic, and local dealership who is aware of their poor work - told us they have 4-5 customers per month coming in to get proper clips with this same issue who had been there). When she tried to go back to Assured to get help, the lady that works there was immediately defensive and refused to help in any way. Upon inspection by mechanic, she was told that the bumper was installed incorrectly and he had no idea how it was even still on the car. My mother went back to Assured and the rude lady yelled at her (my mom is 68) and said it was her fault, took a bunch of photos, and told her to deal with her insurance. Absolutely unacceptable. Horrible customer service. How can you treat people this way? No regard for safety, no consideration of how their short cuts could kill people. Extremely unprofessional. Poor workmanship. If I could leave ZERO stars, I would. BEWARE. (Pictures included to show how the holes where clips should be either never had clips (no damage where they may have been torn out or something), or the wrong clips were used that just fell out. Rude lady at Assured refused to acknowledge this common sense and blamed my mother saying she hit something, even though there is no damage and all clips are missing.)

  Dropped off my car after it had apparently lost a fight with an angry moose. The windows were gone, the roof was folded like an accordion, and two separate insurance adjusters simply burst into tears upon seeing it. The team at Assured called me three days later and said, 'Good news, we found the cup holder.' A week after that I picked it up and somehow it looked fresher than when it rolled off the assembly line. I swear they even fixed problems the factory forgot to address in 2001. At this point I'm convinced they don't repair cars, they perform automotive magic. If your vehicle has been declared a total loss in this dimension, give them a call.

  All the staff at this location are amazing. They got my vehicle in right away to be repaired after my accident and have answered all follow up questions I have had and addressed any concerns I have had. I will take my vehicle here if ever I need it again.

  I took my accidental car to these guys. They have done the job even before the given time and they kept me updated with everything. They did the best job. I got the best service.
