  Complete failure!!! Bad enough a vehicle has to wait months for parts from suppliers, but when the shop looses parts, does not order parts , uses wrong parts , doesn't repair damage completely certainly not a positive experience. On initial delivery my vehicle still had a damaged wheel and tire with debris still stuck in it and no wheel alignment done. And to top off , they damaged my vehicle after backing it into a chain link fence causing even more issues. Experience got so bad i took my vehicle to another shop to be completed and have all work double checked and repaired . I do not recommend.

  I can't recommend Assured Woodstock (LAW) Collision highly enough! From start to finish, the entire experience was exceptional. My vehicle was repaired ahead of schedule, and the quality of the work is outstanding. My car looks fantastic, and everything we discussed was completed exactly as promised. What truly set Assured apart, though, was the customer service. This wasn't just a repair—it was a very stressful insurance situation, and Kim and Katherine went above and beyond to support me every step of the way. They were patient, kind, understanding, and always took the time to listen. They never made me feel like "just another customer." Kim, in particular, offered thoughtful advice that helped me navigate the insurance process and advocate for myself. That guidance ultimately made a significant difference in the outcome of my claim, and I'm incredibly grateful. It's rare to find a business that combines excellent craftsmanship with genuine compassion and integrity, but that's exactly what I found at Assured. Thank you, Kim, Katherine, and the entire team for making such a stressful experience so much easier. I truly appreciate everything you did, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Assured Woodstock to anyone needing collision repairs.

  Dropped off my car after it had apparently lost a fight with an angry moose. The windows were gone, the roof was folded like an accordion, and two separate insurance adjusters simply burst into tears upon seeing it. The team at Assured called me three days later and said, 'Good news, we found the cup holder.' A week after that I picked it up and somehow it looked fresher than when it rolled off the assembly line. I swear they even fixed problems the factory forgot to address in 2001. At this point I'm convinced they don't repair cars, they perform automotive magic. If your vehicle has been declared a total loss in this dimension, give them a call.

  All the staff at this location are amazing. They got my vehicle in right away to be repaired after my accident and have answered all follow up questions I have had and addressed any concerns I have had. I will take my vehicle here if ever I need it again.
