  The Rowntree location is by far the worse car rental experience I have ever had. I’ve rented here many times because it’s conveniently located close to my house. Cars are always dirty, never full of gas, you reserve a luxury car and you end up in a 3-5 year old entry level with no CarPlay or no navigation. Never again

  I just had an experience with Enterprise and it was a great.specially , jay helped me a lot and explained me everything about plan and insurance.I would love to come here again, if I need a car on rent.

  I had a great experience with Enterprise Car Rentals, and especially with Nihethan Arasaratnam. He was extremely helpful, professional, and made the entire rental process smooth and easy. He took the time to explain everything clearly and provided excellent customer service. Really appreciate his help and friendly attitude. Highly recommend Enterprise and Nihethan for a hassle-free car rental experience!

  I keep coming back to this Enterprise Rent-A-Car location, and it’s a 10/10 experience every single time. A special shoutout to Nate and Holly for always going above and beyond and providing extraordinary customer service. They are incredibly helpful, professional, and genuinely care about making sure customers have a great experience. I’ve rented from this location multiple times, and the service is consistently excellent. Nate and Holly are a huge reason I keep coming back. Enterprise is lucky to have such an amazing team. Absolutely 10/10. Highly recommended!

  I picked a car from another location to only return at Vaughan. For the first time i noticed the odometer readings mentioned in invoice were not correct. I pointed out but i was told its ok we do not charge per km but thats not my concern was. I drove 300km or even less but showing that i drove 800km on return is a huge error in the invoice. Apart from this, i was asked to put more gas even though i had topped up enough as it was when i picked the car. I think its the location issue and will give a skip to this location in future.
