Customer Exploitation says it all. I rented a van in Madison Wisconsin last week 4 days. The price quoted and I made the reservation for was $312.00and was charge almost $450. When I checked the car out they added all these options that I didn't need like Road Side service . I was rush to initial the tablet when checking out I just a presumed I would be charge the amount quoted when I made the reservation. I was outraged when they charged $40.00 for the one hour late. that prorated at about $ 1,000 a day. I always return my cars early never see a credit there

We had a great customer service experience when we picked up the car. The representative was super friendly, attentive, and helpful. I appreciated the automated communication to confirm or modify our drop off, which helped us catch an error with the airport location for our one way reservation. We called customer service and the representative there was also very helpful and quickly corrected the rental car return location. And when we dropped off the car, we had another positive customer service experience. I really appreciated that the representative at drop off was genuinely interested in understanding our feedback and experience. Overall, this was an excellent rental car experience.
