  National car rental gets 5 bright stars. They were understanding when my flight was delayed delayed then cancelled at pearson and took 2 days for air canda could find a plane to get us to windsor. The staff was professional and efficient no waiting no tassels. I rent cars often never from National car rental windsor but now they are getting all of my business. 😊

  Very unorganized. Lack of interest in providing customer service. Account NOT closed out so I had to go back to the airport to find out where my $400 deposit that I was told would be returned to my car immediately upon returning the car. It wasn’t. Arsian who handled “closing out” my account was very unprofessional, disinterested and lacked any idea of what customer service is about. When I said there was no customer service and I wouldn’t be back, he said “Thank you “. Very unprofessional at the Windsor On airport terminal. Very unlikely that I’ll return there, especially if Enterprise figures that these employees are worthy of representing their company

  I had an excellent experience at National Car Rental thanks to Roopak. He was incredibly positive, professional, and accommodating throughout the entire process. He went out of his way to make everything smooth and stress-free, answering questions patiently and ensuring I had exactly what I needed. Great customer service like this really stands out.
