my reservation was for 16foot cube truck but instead they gave me high roof van for the same rate price as they mentioned I was disappointed,I wished if they gave me some discount for the high roof van, I believe that would be very nice

Absolutely wonderful experience with Ahmed, the manager at Enterprise! From my first phone call to picking up and returning the truck, Ahmed was incredibly professional, welcoming, respectful, and genuinely caring. He went above and beyond to work around my schedule and made the entire rental process smooth and stress free. You could really tell that he cares about his customers and takes pride in providing great service. I’ve always had great experiences with Enterprise, but this was honestly one of my best experiences yet. Ahmed is a real asset to the team and definitely deserves recognition for the way he treats his customers. Thank you, Ahmed, for such an excellent experience! I will definitely continue choosing Enterprise and highly recommend them to others.

Customer service was very good throughout booking and pickup/dropoff. Vehicle was nearly new, and clean. The fuel efficiency was better than I expected.
