I was ignored on multiple occasions by multiple employees, never once being spoken too while standing right in front of them. I ended leaving without a rental and happily drove to another enterprise location where they treated us exceptionally well and apologized for this locations unfortunate behaviour. I do not recommend this location to anybody and hope that no one else is treated as such. What a poor experience.

- MYM YAug 31, 20263.0Understaffed. Almost feel like there’s no point pre-booking because their cars aren’t ready. All the precheck in does is so they don’t have to punch more details in at the counter. Waited 15+ minutes just to get served. They say we’re getting your car ready and you’re next, but it’s not true. I don’t blame the employees too much. They just seem either severely understaffed or just unprepared. This is the first time I’ve been to this specific enterprise location and it’s the first time I’ve experienced this kind of unpreparedness. Countless others were waiting in the room as well. Took 45 minutes. Car was good though.
