  My husband and I rented the car for one day only, and we returned the vehicle and handed the car key to one of the receptionists at around 11:40 am on the return date. However, I was charged for three days instead of one day. I have contacted your team several times to have this corrected. Unfortunately, each time I speak with a different representative, I am told that they will speak with the manager, review the camera footage, or follow up on the situation and call me back by a specific date. Despite these assurances, I have not received a single follow-up call or resolution and also I never received the receipt on my email after returning the vehicle.

  ⭐ 0 stars if I could. Extremely disappointing experience. I made a reservation for a luxury car at this location, and the reservation clearly showed that the car was available. I went there specifically because I had a reservation, only to be told that the car was not available. I asked what the point of making a reservation was if the vehicle wasn’t actually available. The employee then told me, “You know what, there is a luxury car at the truck rental location on Dougall.” I asked why a luxury car that I reserved was sitting at a truck rental location, and he said he didn’t know. I went to the Dougall location, and the employee there told me he could not give me the car because I had to go back to the original location and sign the contract. So I went all the way back, signed the contract, and then returned to Dougall to pick up the vehicle. When I got there, I was given the keys, but then told that I had to return the car to the Tecumseh location. I explained that I had picked it up from Dougall and that this was not what I agreed to. He told me that if I returned it there, he would not accept the vehicle. At that point, I asked them to cancel the reservation. When I returned to the original location, I was then told that the reason the car was at Dougall was because they were trying to do an oil change on it — despite the employee previously telling me that he didn’t know why the car was there. To make things worse, I was told that I was trying to make things difficult, when I was simply trying to get the vehicle I had reserved and paid/contracted for. This was a complete waste of my time and an extremely frustrating experience. The biggest issue was the lack of communication and honesty between the locations. If the vehicle was unavailable or being serviced, that should have been communicated before I drove there and made multiple trips between locations. Zero honesty, zero communication, and terrible customer service. If there were less than zero stars, that’s what I would give.
