  All the guys at Enterprise were awesome and super friendly! Special shoutout to Gavin — he’s always so friendly and carries such a great vibe. Really enjoyed dealing with him! Definitely made the experience better.

  Every single time I visit the Tecumseh Rd East location I receive above and beyond customer service. This team is by far the most professional, curteous and efficient, with just the right personal touch. I have used their services over 20 times in the past couple of years and will continue to go back to this specific location because of the extraordinary team. 10/10

  I was in a car accident and was given a rental while my Mazda was in the shop. I was given a black Bronco. They had me wait during pick up for about 30 min. While they cleaned the inside and went and put gas in it. I was to have the bronco for about 2 weeks. I asked if I could switch to a different vehicle half way through to try a different one. I was told absolutely not a problem. I called in 3 time asking to switch out. Each time I was denied. 1st time I was told to call in the next day. Because they would be more equipped to handle the switch. The next day I was denied. Told he was unsure what was available and would call me back within the next 40 minutes. Never called me back. The 3rd time I called and was denied. Told to come in at 5. And he could help. But I live 30 minutes away. I told him I could come at 5pm. I was coming into town around noon. All he daid was sorry and hung up. So never the mess I had the bronco for the 2 weeks. Very frustrated.

  Gavin was super helpful. He helped set my dad up with a rental truck after he'd had a collision. Gavin was very pleasant and laid back, which helped settle my dad's nerves, while still being informative and clear about all the ins and outs of the process.

  I want to give a big thank you to Gavin at Enterprise for making the return of my rental completely worry-free. I was a little concerned because I was running late and wasn’t sure how everything would work out, but Gavin handled everything professionally and made the process super easy. He also made sure I got my deposit back without any issues. Really appreciate the great service and help, Gavin! I’ll definitely be back the next time I’m in town. Thanks again!
