  I had such a wonderful experience at Enterprise thanks to Gavin! He greeted us so warmly, was incredibly kind, and answered every question we had with patience and professionalism. He’s genuinely such a great guy and made the whole process smooth and enjoyable. I’ll definitely be booking with him again next time. Highly recommend!

  Customer service was very nice and everyone was very happy to help us, which definitely makes us feel good about renting from here again. Our rental was amazing, even my toddlers loved it. Overall a very good experience.

  I’ve now rented from Enterprise Rent-A-Car on Tecumseh Road a few times, and every single experience has been amazing—but lately, it’s been next level. Smart Maguresh and the entire team have been beyond exceptional. Truly, other training programs should take notes from this staff. They’re incredibly kind, patient, and take the time to explain everything clearly so you feel confident and taken care of. Every time I call, Smart is the one assisting me, and he is consistently helpful, professional, and friendly. We need more people like him! It’s rare to come across service that feels this genuine and consistent. They make the whole process easy and stress-free every time. Highly recommend this location

  I honestly can’t shout out Gavin enough! I went into the Enterprise on the East side in Windsor and he was a total lifesaver. He made sure every single thing was taken care of so I didn't have to stress at all. Gavin is seriously one of the most wholesome people I’ve ever met. He’s just a genuinely good person who cares about helping you out. He even shared a secret recipe with me while we were chatting! Who does that?! It made the whole experience so much more personal. If you’re renting a car, go see Gavin. He’s the best and he truly makes you feel like a friend. Great guy!
