  I had a reservations for yesterday. I booked a week in advance for a luxury vehicle which would be a Mercedes, or a audi, this I'm what I booked on the website like I just said a week in advance. So yesterday was my 7th year anniversary, and once again after giving 1 weeks notice I go into the store. The line at 9am is out of the store. Like the line is from literally the counter to outside the store. This was yesterday. So I drive there to wait in this long line. To find out right then and there the day of my trip that they don't have what I asked for a week prior. Something small and simple. Hey Mr Greiger. Unfortunately we were unable to secure the vehicle. You couldn't even do that. And u didn't do that. So the day of my trip was ruined because of you we unable to get me a car with a weeks notice. U didn't notify me within that whole week. 0 effort was literally made to help me, oh and I'm first time customer. Amazing! Oh I can continue. So then after u dropped the ball. I called customer care guess what they did. They told me they could get me that car at the windsor airport. So they reserve it book it I start to drive from your location to the windsor airport thinking to myself it's all good they got the car over there all good. Me and my wife are going to have a great day. The windsor airport calls me 5 mins later. Hey don't come we don't have that car. Why did customer care just say u did is what I asked? He said they can't see what we can see and we don't have that vehicle. So as a first time customer with a weeks notice you can't secure me the car I need? They exist but I couldn't get one as a first time customer? You guys dropped the ball bad all the way from the main location, then customer support failed, and then windsor location to add the cheery on the pie I said okay I'll lose a day to my trip for Saturday can you get me this for Sunday. So the windsor airport promised literally promised me they would have it today. They failed again today. So my vacation my 7 year anniversary. I had to rent from someone else because you guys couldn't simply rent me the car I needed for my special day. You guys owe me. Like seriously. You made me drive around come to locations made promises and no one not 1 single person was able to get me what I needed. I'm not even trying to be that guy, but you guys completely failed I seriously don't even think you can even say did we even try to help? You didn't. You owe me. This is a huge no no what customer gives u an extra day and is cool enough to just chill just for you to break the promise and do it all over again to me the very next day. So many things could have done to avoid this, but u did none of it so this review feels very accurate and not like a personal attack towards anyone. As a buisness please do better.

  I had an excellent experience renting from Enterprise. We got an Infiniti QX80 for our family trip to Toronto, and it made the journey even more enjoyable. The SUV was spotless, comfortable, and felt truly luxurious. It had plenty of space for our family and luggage, making the drive smooth and relaxing. The entire rental process was easy, and the vehicle exceeded our expectations.
