  I have had the pleasure of dealing with Whitby Enterprise Rental and exceptional service! This time was under my insurance and the service was fantastic!!! They are a young staff that looks after every client! They recognized me and took total care of me!! It is SO nice to deal with young people who can interact with clients, friendly, and they also have great interaction with each other!! Great service and would highly recommend!!!

  Worst service ever we got. The manager here is extremely rude and didn’t know how to answer the customers. Also at last moment they told that they don’t have a car which they booked for us.

  I recently rented a car from Enterprise at the Cobourg location. I purchased a new car in Ajax and a friend from Whitby offered to drive me there to pick it up. Cobourg gave permission to drop my rental at the Whitby location. The whole process was perfect. The young man who gave me a lift was friendly and helped to make my experience with Enterprise awesome! I highly recommend this car rental company!

  I've been coming to this Enterprise location for many years, and it's people like **Pravine** and **DJ** that are the reason I keep coming back. This time, Pravine truly went above and beyond. I changed my mind more than once on the vehicle I wanted, and even though the branch was extremely busy, he never made me feel like I was an inconvenience. He was patient, professional, and genuinely wanted to make sure I was comfortable and happy with my choice. He even took the time to remove a stubborn sticker from the windshield before I left—such a small gesture, but one that really showed how much he cares about the customer experience. I also want to recognize **DJ**. She has always been wonderful to deal with over the years. Every time I visit, she's welcoming, friendly, and consistently provides outstanding service. It's comforting to walk into a place where you're treated like a valued customer rather than just another reservation number. Exceptional customer service is becoming harder to find these days, and that's exactly why I wanted to take the time to recognize both Pravine and DJ. Thank you for always making the rental process so easy and stress-free. It's very much appreciated, and I'll happily continue recommending this Enterprise location to family and friends. Update ; I also wanted to take a moment to recognize **Ryan** for the great service he provided during my recent visit. Ryan helped me pick out a vehicle and made sure I was comfortable with my choice. He also went the extra mile by giving me a courtesy ride back to my car, which I really appreciated. I was especially impressed to learn that Ryan is only 21. It’s refreshing to see a young person who works hard, takes his job seriously, and genuinely seems to care about providing good customer service. He was polite, professional, helpful, and represented Enterprise extremely well. I’ve been coming to this location for many years, and people like Ryan are a big reason why I continue to have such positive experiences. Please pass along my thanks and recognition to him — he deserves it!
