  2.5/5 Review Edit: While the first renting experience was good, the second is not. It's sad I have to post this review. I made a second reservation and the reservation went through successfully. Then I got a call from Enterprise and they said they don't have any availability because the existing customers are not returning the cars and they don't have the inventory. As per them it's a norm or some issue in the system where it's allowing overbooking. This isn't right from a customer perspective who made a successful booking and have his plans set. Receiving a call and getting to know that the car is not available because the existing renter wants to extend doesn't seem right. Not sure it means that the existing customer is getting a higher priority (even when he has not extended his rental before the new booking), over a new booking. In either case, it's not a good experience. ------------------------ First Review: Was a smooth experience. Would rent again and recommend.

  I have to say this location is my favourite go to for rentals. DJ is so pleasant to deal with accommodating, friendly and very professional. I will definitely be back for any future car rentals. Thank you again for taking such good care of me and my family.

  Recently had an insurance claim and rental was made through Enterprise. Very satisfied with all staff there. Vehicle was very clean. Highly recommend Enterprise if you need a vehicle rental. Great job!

  I picked up a rental vehicle arranged by my insurance company. I drive a luxury pick up truck and was supposed to get a pick up truck, when I arrived they said they didn't have any trucks and asked if an SUV was ok, I agreed until they tried to put me into a Subaru Forrester. I asked if they had anything better, the girl walked me around the lot and pointed out a bunch of entry level vehicles. I pointed out some nicer sedans including BMW 2 series Coupe, for which she replied my insurance company wouldn't pay for those. Once I got home I looked at rates and the BMW is $80/day and full size pick up truck is $108/day. They must get a kick back from the insurance company when save them money because they sure aren't trying to get their customer into a comparable vehicle. I called to ask why they put my in the lowest level vehicle, and they hung up while I was on hold then when I called back they left it on hold for several minutes until it was after closing time. I would not return if I have the option and if I'm put into a rental by dealership I will ask for a different company if they deal with multiple companies. I also asked for them to notify me once a truck becomes available and I'm sure they won't, I will update the review once the rental is complete.
