I was late to pick up the car, when I called a member of staff assured me that it is not going to be an issue. When I went to pick up the car, it looked smaller than what I was expecting. The customer service staff recognized my feelings and changed the car to a better more spacious one. The car was clean and latest with everything in working order. On my return it went as swiftly as I dropped the keys and walked out. very thankful as their cooperation made my journey more delightful

My vehicle was unsafe for travel so when I requested to swap it out I was sent to a location that didn’t have any vehicles available. The 2nd car smelled like cigarettes and the windshield was very dirty. I had to clean it immediately upon pick up otherwise visibility would be a concern. Full video will be posted shortly.

The staff were quick and attentive, very helpful. They even picked me up and brought me to their office as I didn’t have a ride to the rental office. The location on Niagara St in Welland is great. They were very accommodating working with my insurance company when I had to extend my return date several times. The car was spotless when I received it. I will definitely rent from them in the future!
