  Have recently had my brakes replaced & from the beginning to the end the service was done both professionally & without any delays. I have another appointment booked for an oil change & battery check coming up & have no doubt that the service will be anything other than top notch!! I have always said that the best advertising is word of mouth & believe me, you definitely have that from both Charlie & Debbie👍

  Superb Tire Repair---We were vacationing in the Port Severn area and a low right front tire pressure sign came up on my dash. I pulled into the local ESSO station to fill the tire and noticed there was a screw in the tire and after wetting the screw determined that the tire was leaking. Headed to Coldwater and along the way came upon Fesserton Auto which was recommended by a local resident named George. I was welcomed by Bill the owner who said they could fix it right away. Technician Dallas was superb and treated my car as if it was his own. He removed the wheel, then removed the tire and proceeded with the repair and finally reinstalled the tire and wheel after rebalancing and retorqued the wheel to factory specs. All done in a matter of 45 minutes. Very impressive service. Just made my day. Thanks so much! Dieter M

  Less than an hour away from our mini vacation getaway, my tire blew on the 400 and part of my bumber broke off. Upon waiting for CAA, I had called Fesserton Auto to see if we could tow there and if they could help as I am not familiar with the area. On the phone they were polite and helpful. Upon arriving, they checked out my car and gave me all the options on how I could still make it to my vacation and use my vehicle instead of having to get a rental. I opted to get 4 new tires, but they had to order it and it was also Canada day the next day, so I would have the tires fixed by the end of my vacation. They fixed it on time and had it all sorted out and I'm happy with the way the tires feel and how the car rides now. I appreciated Will providing options, great customer service, fair pricing and also being kind when I was in a stressful situation. He was even nice enough to give us water for our dog in a dog bowl and let her cool down inside as it was 40+ degrees when we got towed there. Thanks again for the great customer service and help!

  Wow, what an amazing shop! The owner was so kind and helpful! They were the only town in shop that was willing to help us and was extremely quick to finish the job correctly! And on a long weekend! I would highly recommend them!!
