    Repeated Poor Service & Unprofessional Branch Manager I’ve had multiple disappointing experiences at this specific Enterprise Rent-A-Car, specifically dealing with the Branch Manager, Xavier, and it’s reached a point where need to warn others. I booked a rental over a month in advance and specifically requested a luxury sedan (approximately $54/day). When I arrived, Xavier informed me they didn’t have any vehicles in that class available. Instead, he offered a Dodge Durango, a completely different and more expensive category. What’s concerning is that he did not disclose the price difference upfront. Only when I asked directly did he state the cost would be $90/day. He made no offer to honor my initial booking cost and I had to push for it. This is unacceptable. I did not request an upgrade to a Full Sized SUV, and the lack of availability was entirely their error especially considering I had reminded them two weeks prior during a previous rental to ensure the correct vehicle would be ready. I also asked Xavier, what is more fuel efficient,the Durango or the Tahoe on their lot and he told me Durango. He was WRONG (maybe on purpose). I Googled it after and it said the Tahoe is actually more fuel efficient as the Durango has a HEMI Engine and more "sporty". I got the feeling he was just too lazy or did not want to rent the Tahoe to me. Even more disappointing was Xavier’s attitude. There was no apology, no ownership, and no effort to resolve the situation proactively. When I pushed back on the pricing, his response was simply: “OK, I’ll do it for you this time.” That response was dismissive and inappropriate. Customers shouldn’t have to argue to avoid being charged for a company’s mistake. What made the interaction even more uncomfortable was that Xavier also brought up a previous Google review I had written about this location. I found this highly unprofessional and inappropriate. A manager confronting a customer about past feedback creates an awkward and unwelcoming environment. To make matters worse, I asked him right there for a low-kilometre vehicle, but was given one with 58,000 km. Within 10 minutes of driving, a “change oil” message appeared. This is now the 3rd time I’ve been given a vehicle with a maintenance warning. I’ve also previously had to purchase windshield washer fluid out of pocket because the vehicle ran out. There have been several other issues as well: - A missed pickup despite living only minutes away - Being given incorrect instructions by Xavier during a vehicle issue in the U.S., which left me scrambling after multiple locations denied assistance - Repeated maintenance-related concerns with rental vehicles - Generally awkward interactions with Branch Manager who very obviously favors and treats my husband better than me. At this point, it’s difficult not to feel like customer care is a priority here. Xavier’s consistent lack of accountability and professionalism reflects poorly on this location. My husband and I rent vehicles frequently. I’ve already told many friends and business colleagues to avoid this location. I would be switching branches and/or rental companies if this location wasn't so convenient to drive to. Enterprise needs to SERIOUSLY evaluate the Branch Manager at this location. Note I have had very pleasant experiences with the branch Assistant Manager. Perhaps she should be promoted. This type of service and treatment of any customer let alone a regular customer, is not acceptable in a customer-focused business - especially by the Branch Mamager himself who should be setting an example for the rest of the team!

    The staff at this location were very organized, kind and they made it clear that they valued our time. The service was efficient and helpful. One staff member took the time to drive us a few minutes down the road to pick up our car that was being serviced. Thank you for your time and care!

    It was wonderful experience with this location Enterprise for rentba car. Customer service personnel were very pleasant and co- operative, specially Xavier. They understand my need and provided me right car for me and my family. G70 Genesis was my rental car, which loved it for it extreme features. I recommend this car to buy as if your lov one is driving this car then car will never let them into accident. Car has super safety features.
