  Everything was smooth and staff were very accommodating. And this isn't the first time I've had this very positive expierence. That consistency counts for a lot more. There was a bit of a wait when I picked up the vehicle, but it was first thing in the morning and that's the price you pay when you deal with a business that takes the time to care for their customers. I dont mind waiting a bit for that. I never felt ignored.

  The staff here were very helpful after I had issues with another rental company nearby. I was in and out in 10 minutes even though I did not have a reservation. The car was excellent and the drop off was smooth and quick as well. Enterprise will always be my rental car company in the future. I appreciate the high level of customer service you provide.

  Been renting with enterprise for years, personal, business or insurance reasons. I am very detailed when inspecting the vehicle. I pointed out a pre existing chip in the windshield and multiple scratches and debts. The agent advised me they don’t normally mark small damage but since I am being thorough they would mark it down. I had the vehicle for almost two months a rock hit the same chip on the day prior to return and caused cracking. Come to find out absolutely nothing damage wise was marked on the rental agreement. I understand I should have checked prior to signing, however, I had faith in enterprise as I have rented so much from them. I have tried calling the branch for explanation. Manager told me he would get back to me which they never did. The $500 is inconsequential for me, however at the dishonesty of this branch left a bad taste in my mouth. I will cancel my upcoming reservation in the Bahamas and look to their competitor for future rentals. I wanted to make sure head office knows why they are going to lose lots of future business from myself and my family will be looking elsewhere to renew their business enterprise rental contract.

  Rented two vehicles from this Enterprise location for our wedding fleet- a Chevrolet Tahoe and Dodge Durango. This was actually the only location where I could find a premium SUV like the Tahoe available. Both vehicles were clean and the staff were great to deal with. The Durango already had a small windshield crack when we picked it up, which extended during our rental. When I showed the staff my pickup-day pictures, they were very understanding and didn’t try to charge me for something that wasn’t our fault. Really appreciated the honesty and customer service. They also have after-hours drop-off, just keep in mind that the rental charges continue until the next business day.

  Sasi did a great job. I never know about the drop off service if I stay 10 mins within the location of enterprise rent a car. Thanks for arranging the ride to save me some bucks. The people who work there are really nice people.
