Very disappointing experience. I reserved a Full Size car, and the manager repeatedly tried to present a Compact SUV as an “upgrade.” When I questioned this, instead of simply explaining, he challenged me on what basis I considered it a downgrade and spoke to me in a condescending way. Enterprise’s own website clearly shows the difference between the categories, as shown in the attached screenshots. I don’t care about the price difference or even which car I received—the issue is the principle. Trying to convince a customer that something is an “upgrade” and then talking down to them when they question it is misleading and unacceptable. He eventually turned his back on me and brought someone else to deal with me. I have been a loyal Enterprise customer for almost 5 years and rent cars 2–3 times a month, usually from the Weber branch. I have continued using Enterprise because of my previous experiences, but after the way I was treated here, I will never return to this branch and would not recommend it to others.

When you go to pick up a rental car, you rarely expect exceptional service but that is what we received. Thank you Xavier Anumon for the kind and great service this morning!
