  Wonderful service. Abby was my customer service representative. She was very friendly and helpful. She went gave me a ride back home when I returned the car. I highly recommend them !

  The service staff were friendly and attentive, but after my car was cleaned at the shop, a personal item went missing. The staff assisted in searching for it, but the process lacked transparency, and to this day, no clear explanation has been provided. I would like to remind future customers to carefully check their belongings before leaving the premises.

  Excellent service!! I felt like the manger and the staff are very friendly and giving the best service. I really appreciate their suggestions. Abbey was excellent and so quickly finished all the procedures while returning the car and most important she asked for the return ride to home that's best thing like staff is caring about renter (I tried with different companies but no one giving this kind of service). I really appreciate their service 🥳🥳

  I had a very disappointing experience with the rental car Carson Wheeler manager. He was extremely unprofessional and completely ignored my concerns instead of trying to help. As a customer, I expected respect, communication, and a willingness to resolve the issue, but I received the opposite. The manager was dismissive, showed little interest in assisting me, and made me feel like my concerns did not matter. Good customer service starts with listening to customers and treating them with respect, and unfortunately, that was missing during my experience. I would not recommend this location based on the poor management and lack of customer care. I hope the company addresses these issues so future customers are treated more professionally.

  I had an excellent experience with Enterprise. The staff, especially Muskan Josoe, were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and professional. She was very easy to talk to, always smiling, and made the whole rental process feel relaxed and stress-free. There was also another gentleman on the team who was equally helpful and friendly. Unfortunately, the model I originally reserved wasn't available, so they upgraded me to an SUV at no extra charge, which I really appreciated. The next day, the windshield unexpectedly cracked, but the team responded immediately and replaced it with an even better vehicle without any hassle. Their prices are very fair, and they don't try to add unnecessary charges or surprise fees. Compared to other rental companies in the area, their service is much faster, more efficient, and they have plenty of staff available to help customers quickly. Overall, this was one of the best car rental experiences I've had. I highly recommend this Enterprise location, especially if you have the chance to be helped by Muskan Josoe. Thank you for the outstanding customer service!
