  The work that was carried out was poor. I had to come back to the store to get the window sorted because it won’t go down all the way. My window (that they fixed) is also making noise every-time i go over a pothole. Also, the scratch that was on the body due to the accident was not painted over. They just polished it. Won’t recommend.

  Above and beyond kindness and care from all staff towards myself and my car! Unfortunately took longer than expected, but I really appreciated their honesty and communication about it.

  I will give a 3 because I just read Sandy’s comment about Cathy being rude yes I agree 💯. Secondly I forgot to sign off for the return of the external parts they replaced on my vehicle , I clearly know they were not extremely damaged to be disposable but when I called I was told they were disposable and another person said insurance took them. After everything I went through with the insurance company I thought assured would a much better outcome unfortunately the entire auto industry is ruled by greed. I wonder if some of these people have a conscience. Anyway the 3 🌟🌟is for a one Davit that works at their Yorkdale VW location he was amazing. Other than that after failure to return my parts this shows the kind of company you’re dealing. Btw stuff has been stollen from my car before and when I complained to dealership it they moved the blame to this same body shop denying touching anything. They knew my vehicle it’s not the first time they are dealing with it but absurd that they are really not trusted for this kinda of petty theft. 🫠🫠

  I brought my car in for repairs and I was amazed at how quick and flawless job done on the car. My car was not just done with good body works. It was spotlessly clean in and out with a bonus windshield fluid. The receptionist were very helpful and friendly .Kathy was very funny but helpful. I recommend this facility to everyone.
