  Barb and Emad took care of me yesterday, and their service was top-notch! They were welcoming, funny, and efficient. Barb took time to make sure that I had everything that I needed - a drink, a snack, and the correct services. Emad gave clear explanations about what he was doing, directed me with kindness and excellent manners, and was smiling the whole time. It is always a pleasure to visit Great Canadian Oil Change in Trenton!

  Barb and Bailey did my summer tire changeover and oil. Listened, wasnt pushy, and where pleasant folks. Fast change over at decent price especially for walk in no appointment.

  Fast friendly service, I have a mini cooper and in the past at other oil change places had trouble getting service for it. Vineet and his crew where very informative and professional. 5 stars 🌟

  Went in for a simple oil change and new wiper blades. The upsell was ridiculous- bill went from 170.00 to 242.00 fast. And they wanted me to do a 198.00 tranny flush, change the filters one quoted at 60.00 the other 50.00. They took the filters out showed me then put them back. Went in AC working perfectly it was quiet come back out of there and my AC now has a really loud noise and it gets louder the more you turn it up. The wipers leave small streaks For the amount I paid I’ll not be returning cause now have to take my car to a mechanic to fix the AC noise that clearly appeared after they were under the hood. And cause of the constant trying to upsell everything. I’ll go to my local mechanic from now on.

  I came here after having to flip off the people at the Cobourg Penzoil. They were so rude and screamed at me for not noticing they had opened the doors for me after I had been waiting there for several minutes and decided to answer emails to pass the time. Their terrible customer service lead me to Great Candian Oil Change. It is like night and day. Someone came out and met me in line. They gave me clear instructions. The attendant offered me coffee, water or popcorn. I declined but they attendants came out and personally served other people waiting. I am thoroughly impressed. I dont require this level of service but it is a far cry from what I experienced this morning at the Cobourg Penzoil.
