- MBMelinda BlackAug 6, 20265.0I had an excellent experience at Great Canadian Oil in Trenton! I had just put my vehicle in park and I was quickly greeted by a friendly employee. Even though all of the service bays were full, someone came right out to inspect my vehicle, checked all of my signal lights, tested my wipers, and even topped up my windshield washer fluid while I waited. Once I pulled into the bay, the team introduced themselves and kept me informed throughout the entire oil change. Everyone was incredibly friendly, professional, and genuinely cared about providing exceptional customer service. A special shout-out to Barb and Bailey for making the experience such a positive one. Their professionalism, friendliness, and attention to detail really stood out and made me feel like a valued customer.

But you feel bombarded as soon as you roll in with people talking at you, to you, around you, to agree to other services. Also the price for a synthetic oil change has gone up $30 from last year. Everything has gone up obviously, but $150 for an oil change is a lot.
