- AAAl3 days ago5.0It should have been a bad experience, but it wasn't. I've got a car that takes a not so common motor oil, and for my own reasons I am picky about it. There was a bit of a mix up, but nothing you can really blame anyone for. My car left 350ml short of a full pan of oil. They searched all over and the very next day had the missing 350ml for me... That's like half a little bottle. Most places would have substituted 0w8 for 0w16 (an acceptable but not ideal solution). And hid the change in the paperwork, or worse yet left the 350ml out without even mentioning it. Again sort of acceptable but definitely not ideal. That's not how they handled it, and I appreciate that! Mistakes happen, it's accountability and making it right that counts imo. Fast, professional, honest, accountable and courteous. Can't really ask for much more: a good place to go.
