  I had a rental from Enterprise Trenton while my car was having body damage repaired. The vehicle provided to me was a brand new Toyota Rav 4 fresh from the dealer. The Enterprise representative, Gerry, brought the vehicle to me. Grat service from Gerry and a great vehicle from Enterprise.

  Be cautious if you plan to swap or replace a vehicle at this location. The process was extremely disorganized, with no staff on site during business hours and no proactive communication. We were sent here by Enterprise roadside support, only to arrive and find no assistance available. We were later told to go to a different branch instead — despite having no Uber available and taxi wait times exceeding an hour. The manager overseeing this location made no effort to arrange a vehicle delivery or provide a workable solution. Overall impression: poor coordination, unclear responsibility, and lack of management oversight. If you experience a breakdown or need a vehicle swap, expect delays and confusion.
