  Expérience scandaleuse dans cette agence Sixt. Client Sixt depuis plus de 15 ans et membre Diamond, je n’ai jamais été traité de cette manière. Upgrade refusé sans raison valable, véhicule proposé ne correspondant pas à ma réservation, puis refus total de me louer une voiture après ma réclamation auprès de la hotline. Le manager a invoqué des « règles » concernant mon permis de conduire new-yorkais et mon passeport belge, sans être capable d’expliquer clairement quelle règle empêchait la location. Une justification qui semble totalement incompréhensible, surtout après des années de location Sixt dans différents pays. Le pire : l’agence n’a même pas annulé elle-même la réservation prépayée, ce qui aurait pu entraîner des frais d’annulation de 167 dollars canadiens. Heureusement, le service client téléphonique Sixt a été beaucoup plus professionnel et compréhensif. Je déconseille fortement cette agence. Un tel manque de respect envers un client Diamond est tout simplement inacceptable.

  For the first time in my life, a car rental company asked me to show proof of my return flight. I wasn’t sure if I was renting a car or checking in with airport immigration. I’ve rented cars in several countries and from different companies, and I’ve never been asked for something like this. It’s a shame because I really liked the car and was planning to rent from them again for future trips if this experience went well. Unfortunately, it feels like the process depends more on who’s behind the desk than on a consistent policy.

  The getleman that worked here did an excellent job of getting us a car and helping us leave efficiently, with great timing. They are 2 best friends and are the best you can find. They really value the customer. It was such an easy car rental and drop off experience, I will definitely be using them again!

  First Time renting with Sixt. Amazing experience, Car with less than 1k KM - Sixt employee was very helpful and even upgraded the car for me and was very informative. For most that are complaining about payment, id and etc. they sent me 2 email reminders of what is needed during the pickup. Please read it before going to pickup vehicle to make sure all goes smoothly for you and the people by the counter. Great experience - Will no longer look back renting from others. Thank you.

  Terrible experience with this Sixt branch. I had booked for 11 am on May 26th and arrived 15 minutes late because I walk around the area for almost 30 minutes without finding the branch, which is very well hidden in the basement. There are no signs outside to help you find it; it's infuriating. When I finally arrived, the man at the counter told me my reservation was canceled. There was no alternative, no offer of another rental; he practically threw me out, telling me to get lost because I was starting to get really upset. I found myself outside, without a car and with no alternative, on a Saturday at lunchtime! Luckily, a nearby Enterprise Rent A Car welcomed me and offered a perfect solution at a reasonable price. For me, that's it with Sixt; never again such a humiliating experience, and I will go back to Enterprise. Thank you to them for their welcome and kindness.
