- BBBehrouzApr 27, 20261.0Very disappointing experience at this location. The office and parking were extremely hard to find due to poor signage and construction at the entrance. I had to carry my luggage around just trying to locate the place. When I finally got to the parking level, the door was locked and I was stuck waiting about 20 minutes. To make matters worse, staff failed to explain that I needed a ticket to exit the garage, which caused even more confusion and stress. Overall, I wasted more than an hour due to disorganization and lack of basic communication. This was one of the worst rental experiences I’ve had. I would not recommend this branch at all.

Unlike other rental car companies (Avis, Budget, Hertz) which have offices in the shopping mall, National has a makeshift shack hidden in some pocket of a parking lot. It is virtually impossible to find without calling their office (you'll be lucky if they pickup), and getting lost multiple times in narrow alleys and convoluted mall signs (which is under construction). The worst part is that they don't even use the office or parking space allotted to other rental car companies, so any signs in the mall or parking lot that directs you to "Rental Cars" will take you to all other rental car companies, except National. Super frustrating experience. I've shared pictures.

- DDDominikNov 30, 20255.0Came here as a tourist from Europe to rent a car for a Niagara daytrip. These guys were absolutely friendly, professional and helpful! Renting process was super fast and smooth. Returning the car after opening hours in the garage was also no problem at all and I received my invoice via email punctually the next morning. Thanks a lot for for your excellent work!
