  Stay away from these absolutely-the-worst rental people/cars/experience. The staff is JUST the worst, incompetent, lazy and have no sense of "lets do this job right". They gladly gave me a defective car and didn't even bother to tell me "hey watch it, this car will break". It did - on a lonely and dark road. I am amazed that such awful people and rental counter is STILL doing business. So disgusted with these guys.

  The worst experience Customer service at billy bishop airport toronto needs a lot of work i arrived to pick up my car i had paid for a car seat (child seat)i take the car and leave their was no car seat,thinking it was in the trunk because I know they don’t like to install it for liability purposes but wtv, kinda of also my fault I didn’t fully check and fully trust the company anyways tried calling them to solve it no answer, i come back again asking for the child seat the person is asking if i had reserved it before, it is on the reservation and I paid for it. Later she gets me a booster seat I told her is this your child seat there are no straps on the chair ,she says yes, are you sure ? He is 2 years old, Yes is this your first time? She asked. No it is not but usually there are straps ok thinking this is normal with rentals or something Later on my wife re-entered the branch told them that this is a booster and not a child seat so she goes and get the correct one. Really? Couldn’t do that from the beginning? All of this without even pretending to be apologetic. Or say sorry like a fake sorry Horrible service and that is coming from someone who worked at enterprise before, it is a shame. On top of that no registration paper to be found in the car not in the glove compartment not in the middle not in the shades not where you place your glasses not behind the license plate. The worst is tried calling them so many times and on different days nothing no one answers. Only good thing was the car and the return at pearson international very professional. But billy bishop wow I don’t know how this is working and how is renting a car with no papers is acceptable or even pretending that a booster seat is a child seat and endangering people lives just so you can get rid of your customers who are paying for the service. Very very disappointing

  Excellent service, got a great car for a day. Only thing to be aware of is, you need to take a 90 second ferry off and to the island when using a car. Ferry runs every 15 mins
