- GGGanoidaAug 16, 20261.0100% disappointed, book a reservation at a 2pm, got a confirm email. Come to the front desk, when it's my turn and another couple we got kicked back and tell to wait for extra 2 HOURS for reason of "tight inventory". I noticed me and the couple have common thing is we rent only 1 day. It explained why we got kicked back far from other customers. If you decided to treat 1 day customer like this, then you should remove the option through Booking.com and put a minimum requirement of 2 days only. Got tell to wait like a buddy, disrespectful and i don't think my money should be treated this way. Not recommended, also have to pay upfront $25 insurance cost and now only can get a credit. Unbelievable!

I had booked a car about a month in advance and ONE DAY before pick up they call and say they don’t have a car they wanted to give me as much notice as possible 😐😐😐 It’s ridiculous! Then what’s the point of a reservation??? I had made plans for my anniversary weekend and had booked and paid for a hotel in Detroit. Am I supposed to walk there now??? What a disappointment!
