  I had the luxury of dealing with Alec and he was an absolute pleasure. He gave me a call the night before to let me know about my rental and then during the day of he was super friendly, polite, FAST and provided excellent customer service. This is the type of employee that companies would kill to have serving customers. There was a manager there as well (I apologize for not getting the name) who was very funny and also helped me checkout quite quickly as well. 10/10 service!

  The whole team starting from Nicki, Alec, Charlie and all the way to the branch Supervisor Conrad are such cool, friendly and approachable individuals. They were helpful with my needs all throughout. They genuinely enjoy what they’re doing and they’re willing to go above and beyond to provide the best truck rental service possible. They helped me with a replacement on the same day when I needed one and I was pleasantly surprised at their dedication to providing such great customer service. Will definitely come back to rent more pickups mainly for their impeccable service and so should you! Thank You to Conrad and his Amazing Team!

  Just rented a spacious, very clean, quality van for moving a bedroom apt. Had lots of extra room in the van and had no issues with the vehicle. Customer service by Conrad and Alec was 10/10!! Will definitely be returning.

  The most i like is their costumer service was excellent very respectful , very kind and they treat the costumer equally regardless of your age , color and race. I highly recommend 👍
