Made a reservation a month in advance. Got a call few hours before the reservation to hear that they don't have anything available and that the only location with vans available is on Brampton, which was a bs. Had to call another closest location to get my van.

Intending to rent a van at this location, I was warmly received when I arrived. The clean van was promptly available, and the transaction went smoothly. The counter staff explained a few operative things, and cheerfully answered all my initial van-specific questions. All in all, a delightful rental experience. If I need a truck/van rental again, I'll be back to this convenient, friendly location.
