  Enterprize staff at the Polson St. location were better than the best I ever had. They were extremely friendly and accommodating. I seriouslyg cannot say enough good things about them.

  I reserved a cargo van online at the Enterprise Polson location and arrived at my scheduled pickup time, only to be told the vehicle assigned to me had come back damaged. I was then informed I’d need to wait at least an hour for another van to become available. Unfortunately, waiting wasn’t an option. I was on my way to pick up merchandise for an event happening that same day, and timing was critical. While the associate at the desk apologized, NO ONE called prior to my arrival to stop me from coming to their location and travelling all the way down to cherry beach. As well, no real effort was made to help find a solution, such as checking nearby Enterprise locations for availability. What made the experience even more frustrating was seeing several other trucks on the lot. When I asked whether I could be upgraded to a larger vehicle, I was told they were all damaged or out of service as well. I chose Enterprise because I expected a more reliable and dependable experience than a Home Depot truck rental. That expectation was not met. In the end, I went to Home Depot instead and had no issues. Based on my experience, I would recommend considering Home Depot over Enterprise.

  Rented a truck many days inadvance and received a confirmation number for my reservation. The day before the rental I was informed there was nothing available. No accountability, no genuine apology, just simply its not available. Would never trust them again.
