  Rented a truck many days inadvance and received a confirmation number for my reservation. The day before the rental I was informed there was nothing available. No accountability, no genuine apology, just simply its not available. Would never trust them again.

  I went to the first enterprise and no vehicle despite reservation. At second destination the clerk claimed my credit card did not go through despite it showing approved on their terminal. He insisted I ring my card again and same process (approved on terminal). No receipt printed either time. My credit card was charged twice. I never write a review but felt this was another scam.

  I had an excellent experience both times that I recently rented from this location. Great communication and quick in and out. The owner and the employees go above and beyond. I would highly recommend this rental location!
