  I had the BEST experience with Enterprise! We rented a car for a family birthday trip, and we were traveling with our pet as well. From the moment we picked up the vehicle to the moment we dropped it off, the entire experience was amazing. I really appreciated that Enterprise allows pets in their vehicles. Just be mindful, clean up after yourself and your pet, and take care of the vehicle. We made sure to vacuum and clean the car before returning it, and we had absolutely no issues with a cleaning fee. What really made this experience stand out, though, were the two male employees who helped us. They were both incredibly friendly, helpful, and made the entire rental process so easy and pleasant. One of them was named Kavvi, and unfortunately I lost the other employee’s business card, which I genuinely feel terrible about because I really wanted to mention him by name as well. Both of them deserve recognition (and honestly, a raise)! Their customer service was exceptional and is a huge reason why I don’t think I’ll be using another car rental company after this experience. Thank you, Kavvi, and to the other gentleman who helped us! You made our family birthday trip start and end on such a positive note. I would absolutely recommend Enterprise to anyone looking for a rental car. Amazing experience from beginning to end!

  Excellent service from Enterprise! I was in a time crunch, and the team made the whole process quick and easy. A special thank you to Kaavi, who was professional, organized, and incredibly helpful. It was easy to see why he’s in a management role. Highly recommend!

  We frequently rent from the College Park location. The service we receive is excellent. Always greeted warmly by Pouya and his team. They go the extra mile to make sure we receive the best service. Thank you very much Pouya, as always, we will be back!

  I have rented from the Enterprise College Park location several times, and Pouya has consistently provided excellent service. He is professional, friendly, helpful, and always takes the time to make the rental process smooth and straightforward. I truly appreciate his customer service and would gladly recommend this location to others.

  Very disappointed with the service under the current management. When Neel was managing this location, the customer experience was consistently excellent. He was professional, accommodating, and genuinely cared about customers. Unfortunately, the service has noticeably declined. Reservations don’t seem to be respected, and there is very little effort to provide a suitable vehicle. It also feels like, regardless of what category you reserve, they almost always try to hand you an Elantra. I’m not sure what the obsession is with this car, but it defeats the purpose of reserving a specific vehicle class. I understand fleet availability can vary, but clear communication and making a genuine effort to accommodate customers go a long way. I hope Enterprise takes this feedback seriously and brings back the level of service this location used to be known for.
