  Pouya was amazing! He went above and beyond to make sure I got the vehicle I wanted despite limited inventory and low stock availability. He was professional, helpful, and genuinely cared about finding the best option for me. The entire rental process was smooth and stress-free thanks to his excellent customer service.   1 star Finding this location was far more difficult than it should have been. I drove to the address at least 10 minutes before my drop off time and Google Maps said I had arrived, but there was absolutely no signage outside any of the buildings indicating where Enterprise Rent-A-Car was located. There was no sign at the entrance, no directional signage, and nothing to tell customers that the office is actually located inside the public parking garage. Apparently, you have to enter the 777 Bay Street public parking garage, drive all the way down to level P3, and that’s where the Enterprise office is. The problem is that there is nothing outside to tell you this. Not even a simple sign saying “Enterprise located inside parking garage” or “Enterprise on P3.” For a business that relies on customers arriving with reservations and schedules to keep, the lack of basic wayfinding is frustrating and unnecessary. The staff may be fine, but management seriously needs to add the signage on the wall so customers can actually find the location without driving around wondering if they’ve gone to the wrong address.

  I've been to this many times this week and always provided exceptional service. Our First day, Pouya the branch manager took care of us, even thought we were bit late for reservation, still gave us time and provided us a top quality Car. Will come here again.
