  Booked a van from Thursday to Saturday. When I arrived at the rental location at my scheduled pick-up time of 3:00 p.m., I was told by the staff that they had given away the van I had reserved to another customer earlier that day. They even commented that they had hoped I would arrive late. I was given a few options: wait until 3:30 p.m. in the hope that another customer would return a van, drive or Uber approximately 20 minutes to their other location to pick up a vehicle, or take a smaller vehicle that had an active recall. Unfortunately, none of these options were reasonable for my situation. I did not have another vehicle, which was the reason I had made the rental reservation in the first place. More importantly, I needed to get on the road that afternoon because I was helping with my brother-in-law's wedding, which was taking place the very next day. I could not afford to lose additional time waiting around or travelling to another location to resolve an issue that was not caused by me. I ultimately cancelled my reservation and rented a vehicle from Hertz, which was conveniently located in the same parking lot. The experience was extremely disappointing, particularly because I had a confirmed reservation and arrived on time, yet the vehicle I had reserved had already been given to someone else.

  Very disappointing experience. My rental car developed a mechanical problem, and despite multiple calls to Customer Service and Roadside Assistance, I was never provided with a replacement vehicle. I was repeatedly transferred between departments without any real solution. I eventually requested a refund and was told the case would be escalated, but 1 day after still received no follow-up. Very poor customer support during an already stressful situation.

  We arrived at 161 Bay Street, there's absolutely no signage outside or inside the building, we had to go to the security desk to find it was three levels down in the parkade in a tiny kiosk, 20 people waiting in line, no staff in sight, one guy said he'd been waiting for over an hour AFTER checking in, only a few cramped chairs for those waiting, so we made a bee line to the train station and just barely caught a train to our destnation. Avoid if you can.

  Unbelievably bad service. Waited for ages and ages and ages for a car and to be served.... Queue was about 20 people and 3 chairs in the small office. People waiting outside for cars which apparently are coming from another site. Avoid avoid avoid this company and book elsewhere....
