  Booking and check-in were done online. The pick-up process was pretty quick and easy—I just gave them my credit card and driver's license, and that was it! Got a good car, too! Due to a change of plans, I had to drop the car off early. They didn't have any issues with it and made the experience quite easy. Thanks to the great staff here!

  I would give 0 stars if I could. I had a confirmed reservation through Expedia with Enterprise Rent-A-Car at this location. I booked it over a month in advance specifically to avoid any last-minute issues, but ironically that is exactly what ended up happening. Before pickup, I had a disagreement with the branch manager over the phone, during which he threatened to rent out the vehicle I had reserved. When I later arrived, I was refused service and told I was placed on a DNR list. No solution was offered, and no alternative location was arranged even after corporate said my rental would be honored. The branch manager handled the situation very poorly. Instead of de-escalating and helping resolve the issue, he escalated it further and ultimately denied service. In a customer service role, the focus should be on resolving problems, not making them worse. To make matters worse, the customer service line repeatedly said I would receive a call back after escalating the issue, but I never received any follow-up. My pickup time passed and I was left without a vehicle, which disrupted my trip and forced me to rent elsewhere at a higher price. I ended up going to Sixt, where I received excellent customer service. They gave me a lower rate upon arrival without even asking and upgraded my vehicle free of charge. The price was only about 10 percent higher due to booking last minute and likely would have been cheaper otherwise. Based on this experience, I would strongly recommend Sixt over Enterprise. Very disappointing and unprofessional experience. This location needs serious improvement.
