  Ayushi (if I catch her name right , assistant manager ) was absolutely amazing! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ She went above and beyond to understand exactly what I was looking for and guided me through the entire rental process with so much patience and professionalism. She helped me find the best car for my needs and made the whole experience smooth, easy, and stress-free. Her customer service was exceptional, and I truly appreciated how helpful and attentive she was throughout. Employees like Ayushi are what make the experience stand out. Highly recommend Enterprise, and especially Ayushi, for anyone looking for excellent service! 🙌

  Relatively easy to find I went into the TD building lobby and security directed me to the elevator since I already had a booming and went down to P3. Check in took 5 minutes. Car was as expected and clean, nothing special. Overall super easy pickup experience.

  I had a very good experience renting from this Enterprise location at 161 Bay St within the P3 underground garage level. I reserved a full size car for a 3 week rental in order to undertake a road trip to the USA. The staff at this Enterprise were all courteous and professional. The vehicle I received was in excellent condition. The rental rate was reasonable. Please be advised that when returning the car one must use the underground garage entrance along the north side of Front St just east of Bay St. I would definitely rent a vehicle from this Enterprise location again.

  I wish I could give them less than 1 stars. This is the experience to pick up a car. Get to the front and tell me they can’t rent me car because of a parking ticket I never was notified of. Cashier refuses to resolve on the spot and refers me to a number that isn’t even in service. Honestly I hate this company I hope Canadian competition took themselves seriously enough

  I booked an economy vehicle for 8:00 a.m. for Friday, 31st July and arrived at the branch around 10:00 a.m. I was told that all economy vehicles had been rented out and that it was “my fault” because I was late and should have arrived earlier. I have rented from Enterprise at many locations around the world and have never experienced anything like this. Blaming a customer for not having the vehicle they reserved and paid in full for is unacceptable. Instead of acknowledging the situation or showing any empathy, the manager made me feel as though I was responsible for the branch not having my reserved vehicle available. The only alternative I was offered was a pickup truck. I declined because I was not comfortable driving one, which is exactly why I had booked a smaller economy car in the first place. There were other vehicles on the lot, but the manager insisted that I either take the pickup truck or come back the next day. This happened over a long weekend, and it completely disrupted my plans. It has now been almost four hours, and I still do not have a vehicle despite having made a reservation. I have never had any issues with this branch before or with any other Enterprise location. It’s disappointing to see such poor customer service and a complete lack of empathy. A fully paid reservation should provide some confidence that the booked vehicle, or at least a suitable alternative, will be available. Instead, I was blamed for the situation and left without a reasonable solution.
