  To drop off the car after hours, you are going to go into the underground garage to the right if you are facing the Enterprise building. Almost all of the spots are marked with enterprise parking. To find the key drop off box, it is on the right hand side if you are entering the garage opposite to where the car cleaning service is. If all of the underground spots are full, there is another enterprise reserved area behind the shopping center to the left of metro but again the key drop off box is underground in the garage. Four stars because the staff told us none of this and I circled the parking lot for 30 minutes trying to figure it out.

  Good prices, friendly staff, overall great experience every time I pick up or drop off a car at this location — and generally great rental company.

  I want to give special recognition to James, the store manager. After a booking mix-up led to a rate discrepancy at pickup ($97 vs my original $75 rate), James handled the situation with total professionalism. When phone support couldn't adjust the price, James made sure I was taken care of upon returning the car and honored the lower rate. His commitment to great customer service made all the difference, and I will definitely be renting from this location again!

  Gave away my car right before I walked in. They called me while I was on my way over to pick it up, I answered the call, but they immediately hung up. I hope they don't immediately hang up on anyone else and no one else goes through this. I was re routed to another location with a worse car, so I'll add a star for problem solving.
