Parking lot was full when returning the rental, Enterprise customer service told me to park in front of the driveway on the street - which I confirmed multiple times is okay and customer service insisted. Got two tickets that branch manager at this location says is on me to cover despite having them informed of what customer service told me to do. On top of that, Enterprise pays immediately than charges your payment - so you can't even try to fight the ticket(s) with the city. Will definitely not be back and will advise others to not come here.

The male with the turban Terrible and disgraceful customer service skills talks to individual like trash . Completely wasting time booking reservations when he doesn’t have the amount of cars available Also swearing and using foul language to a paying customer!
