  I had a reservation at this location for noon pick-up. I called at 1130am to inquire about the vehicle I would be receiving. I told the gentlemen I spoke with that I’d see him later in the afternoon for pickup. I arrived at 1:40pm. The vehicle had been given to another customer with no vehicles in the class I rented available. I could not find any reference to a policy that forfeits reservation for a late pick up, nor what the grace period is.The location did call me at 1pm and left a voicemail, buy given I had spoken to the location at 1130am, and indicated I would be picking up, I felt the decision to rent the last remaining vehicle in the class I rented to be poor customer service. Further, when I asked if other locations had inventory the salesperson I was dealing with (Mary-Anne Veracruz) provided no assistance. She stated she had no access to inventories and that I would need to call. When I pointed out that I had called at 1130am and stated my intention to pickup the vehicle she did not care - rude, dismissive and zero customer service skills. After speaking to Enterprise customer service I was told that locations should be honouring a 3 hour grace window and was rebooked at another location (for which I then had to out of pocket Uber). While standing outside on the phone with customer service Mary-Anne approached me with the offer of a vehicle below the size I had rented. She demanded I tell her immediately if I wanted it, otherwise she was giving it to another customer - such poor recognition of how to handle a customer service issue. I have initiated a formal complaint with Enterprise Corporate and will raise with the district manager.

  Had a great experience with enterprise. Efficient, friendly and helpful. The pick up and return process were very smooth and the staff were very polite and kind. The car was also great. Great location too! I would book there again.

  Beware of poor customer service! Went in to book a car for a day, didn’t know we needed physical credit card, no option to tap the phone, she wouldn’t take a picture of it, or FaceTime call with the physical card my partner had. She locked me out of the office, with a new customer inside. She told them not to open the door. My parter lives close by, 5 minutes away with my physical card. Had to change my weekend plans because of this.
