The car itself was in good shape, except for pulling to the right when braking. I also found it odd that staff were reluctant to offer the prepaid fuel plan—the posted rate of $1.54/L was a great deal compared to the $1.79/L market rate, so the hesitation felt unnecessary. Great staff, but faster turnarounds and proactive service would make a big difference.
