  We hired a car for the day to get to Niagara..the friendly guy in the upstairs office was really helpful and showed us all the options & helped us choose the best car for our budget. We picked the car up early the next day- the check in process was thorough, professional & cheerful. The return process was really easy as we were after hours. The day after the return, we had an email from Kevin confirming that all was ok with the car (we had taken photos in case) and thanking us for returning it clean & tidy. Never had a thank you from a car hire company before! Would definitely recommend and use again!

  I can’t say enough great things about Kevin and the team at Enterprise. Kevin has consistently gone above and beyond to make sure I’m taken care of and has always ensured I leave with the best car available in his fleet. He recently transferred locations, and I genuinely mean it when I say I’ll follow him wherever he goes! Every experience I’ve had with Kevin has been seamless, professional, and stress-free, and the teams he works with always reflect that same level of excellent customer service.   Terrible experience at this location. Unacceptable wait times and vehicle quality.I will never use Enterprise again. I had to wait in a long line for two hours on two separate occasions just to get a car. The staff on-site showed zero urgency regarding the massive delays. To make matters worse, their quality control is nonexistent: The first car they gave me had engine issues and low tire pressure, making it unsafe to drive. After waiting to exchange it, the second car was disgusting. It had a low gas tank, a filthy windshield, and reeked of animal feces inside. Avoid this location if you value your time and health.
