  Alquilamos en Julio y todavía estamos esperando que nos devuelvan el depósito. Reclamamos antes de volver a nuestro país en la misma oficina y se nos comentó que ellos habían hecho el pago que tardaría algún día más. Y posteriormente hemos reclamado vía email, sin respuesta. Ya habíamos leído que se quedaban los depósitos..nos sentimos estafados

  The person who helped us was very friendly and helpful. I wish we asked his name. From pick up to drop off, everything was smooth. The car was in excellent condition. I'll definitely choose this branch again.

The team here is consistently professional, friendly, and efficient — everything from check‑in to vehicle handover feels smooth and well‑organized. The staff at the front desk were polite and helpful, and the whole process moved quickly even with the steady flow of customers. Vehicles are clean, ready, and exactly as reserved. A reliable downtown location with great service. I’ll continue choosing this branch whenever I’m in Toronto. Special thanks to Ayush for the clear communication and helpful attitude.
