- HCHeath Churchill6 days ago1.0The location on Dundas St West sucks for service. Way better service at Evans Ave. The way that Suhail Grover went about things was wrong. If you're getting a insurance settlement "comparable" car make sure you find out what kind of car before you run your credit card through. Otherwise you are wasting your time. Also what's the point in making an appointment time, showing up at that time and no one is in the office? And no one is outside, and their are no customers there? And the car they want to give you is at the back of the lot behind at least two other cars?? Just brutal. Then you get the conflict resolution attitude BS afterwards.....

- LVLuke VupputuriSep 8, 20262.0Disappointing customer service overall. The gentleman at the front desk was not helpful. We were told there were “20 people ahead of us,” even though there didn’t appear to be anyone waiting for a vehicle. We were then given a pretty beat-up truck despite other, better-condition vehicles appearing to be available. The return experience was equally frustrating. When we asked what we should do if the main parking lot was full, we weren’t given any useful guidance and were simply told to come back. This was especially frustrating because staff clearly had access to another parking area where vehicles were being moved and stored. A little more communication, flexibility, and willingness to help would have made a big difference. Unfortunately, the customer service at this location made the rental experience unnecessarily stressful.
- ANAndrew NascimentoSep 8, 20262.0I am sure the service provided by this location is acceptable - however, it is very disturbing that the staff here unleash car alarms to find cars on the street at 6am.... This location has been here for a long time, i wish the staff members would have more consideration for the community they serve.
