I had a great experience, renting with enterprise from this location, I booked online and my check-in was super smooth. They even called me beforehand to confirm the booking and asked if I wanted to pick up early, which worked out perfectly for me. At the desk for check-in, I met Chris and he was great, very thorough smooth check in process, I did call in with one minor issue and they were offering to resolve it quickly, then returning the car was also smooth. I give Chris his props for doing great work and being trustworthy overall I would write this a five star experience. If I ever need to rent a car again 1000% I’m returning to this location!

Very smooth experience I came at 9.05 for 9 am pick up, but i saw there were like 4-6 people waiting before me, so i thought i will have to wait around an hour or so and that will completely mess up my schedule but surprisingly the kind people working there including Brianne & Mohamed helped everyone with patience and efficiently . My turn came within like 10-12 mins. And the staff for super friendly and have a great customer facilitating attitude try to go above and beyond. They also have great vehicles available clean, new and really well maintained. Highly recommended and will definitely be back for any future plans at this locaton for sure.

Highly recommend Enterprise at York Mills! I had a truly wonderful experience with my recent vehicle rental here. The car was clean and in great condition. The real highlight though was the outstanding service. A huge thank you to Gary and TK for going above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. Their professionalism and positive attitude made the whole process effortless and pleasant. I’ve found my go-to rental spot and will definitely be back. Thank you🙌🏾

Fantastic experience with this rental car provider. All of their vehicles are premium, spotless, and extremely well-maintained. The staff members are very friendly and made the pickup and drop-off process seamless. They do require a $300 security deposit up front, but it was refunded promptly as soon as I returned the car. Highly recommended for a hassle-free rental! Before leaving area please check all Cars documents and expiry date. Some time they are forgetting to change expired documents.
