  This is the best location to rent a car. Quick and easy check in process with a lot of experts helping you out. I have done 40+ rentals from this location and recently the team has changed, but the quality of service hasn't gone down. Special callout for Chris, Mohammad and Ryan. You guys are doing a great job. Definitely recommended.

  I think the rental process online was great. Wish smaller print details was known like needing a passport if out of country. But I could have looked vs relying on the instructions just saying I need a valid driver's license. Maybe that can be placed in brackets for further bookings. The staff was super friendly and the process in and out once I had my documents only took a few minutes. What is included need to be explained in detail a bit more like the 200k coverage if a driver is to hit someone, etc. The vehicle was a 2025 Nissan Rouge. It drove well. The car had some dents and markings that takes away a bit from the esthetics of the suv. Could have been repaired and buffed. Inside I found some food hidden in the middle part in back which I removed as I wanted to use the cup holder. and a cup under front seat..which makes me think it wasn't cleaned when I got it. Given germs, I think it should be sanitized after every rental due to so many sickness around these days. The return was fast and easy as well, and appreciated the dropback service. If I had to choose again, for that alone would be a plus over the competition. I liked that my deposit was refunded right away.

  I had a great experience with Enterprise Rent-A-Car. The entire rental process was smooth, quick, and hassle-free. What stood out the most was how helpful and accommodating the staff were. They were friendly, professional, and genuinely willing to work with us to make everything as easy as possible. Their excellent customer service made a stressful situation much more manageable. The vehicle was clean, well-maintained, and exactly what we needed. Overall, it was a very positive experience, and I wouldn't hesitate to rent from Enterprise again. Highly recommended for their outstanding customer service and willingness to help their customers.

  Required a vehicle while mine was in the shop. Enterprise picked me up within minutes of the call and dropped me off at the York Mills location. I was processed quickly (it was going through insurance) and had a vehicle within 20 minutes. A couple of days later they called on a followup to see how things were with the vehicle, asked if I needed something bigger or smaller. Can't say a bad thing at all, the whole process was smooth and customer service rep with the UK accent (I'm sorry, I can't remember your name) was friendly and efficient. I would have np problems getting a car from here again.
