  The best rental experience I've had so far! The car had only 2000 km on the odometer and was basically new (VW Taos 2026). The car was clear and shiny. Professional and friendly team. Smooth, fast process for getting keys and returning the car.

  One of the smoothest car rentals we've ever experienced (and we rented a lot). Brand new car (Volkswagen Tiguan), super nice office crew (the General Manager is one helluva guy), easy parking, moderate rates - Enterprise Yonge/Eglinton rules!

The vehicle was clean, well-maintained, and ready exactly when promised. The rental process was smooth, efficient, and hassle-free from start to finish. A great example of how customer service should be done. Highly recommended!

  I’ve rented from this Enterprise location multiple times now, and they’ve always provided excellent customer service. The staff is professional, helpful, and the whole process is always smooth and hassle-free. I also really appreciate their out-of-office drop-off option, which makes returns much more convenient. My recent rental was a newer vehicle with a full tank and drove great throughout the trip. Definitely one of the better rental locations I’ve used.

  Good price, very friendly service, good location in midtown Toronto. It was slightly scary getting out of thier underground parking
