They are eager to assist, always available, super professional and mostly welcoming (even when under pressure). Enterprise is the best rental company in Toronto - hands down. I definitely recommend.

I’ve seen her work through some chaotic situations and she always handles it with grace and puts her customers first. The team is lucky to have her!
- AAAKJAug 16, 20261.0This location is a bad Seinfeld episode! They take the reservation but they don't know how to "hold" the reservation - it's meaningless. After making my way through an underground labyrinth of poorly marked corridors and an underground parking garage, I finally found the nearly impossible-to-find kiosk inside the garage. I was met with a line up of 20+ miserable people waiting in a boiling hot garage only to be told they had no cars for any of us and it would be 1-2 hours before any arrived. Others in the line said this happens routinely at this location. Just unbelievable that a business can be so poorly managed. If you choose to book here....wishing you good luck, cooler days and loads of patience.

Sunday of a hot long weekend with a long lineup of customers ready to pick up their cars and these guys worked seamlessly to make sure we all got clean cars and on our way as quickly as possible. They remained up beat, smiling and happy during what seemed like a very stressful time. I would highly recommend this location for the excellent customer care!
