    A few weeks ago my car wouldn't start so I quickly made a reservation here for a car rental and I was very very impressed with the high level of service and how nice and cooperative and flexible the staff were. The whole check-in and check-out process was very smooth and easy. I will definitely rent here again, especially since I now know the way to get there! It is hard to find but if you call them, they will give you very good instructions to help you. Thank you guys!!

    The staff are pleasant and efficient, but 2 complaints that they can’t change: The 9am open on Sundays seems late since they always have a long line by that time, a least the 3 times I’ve been here on a Sunday morning. If you want to drive out by 9:15, be sure to arrive early (8:45am or earlier). The parking garage is confusing and the corners on the ramp between levels are tight so this is not a good place to rent from if you’re uncomfortable driving in underground garages!

    Staffs are very nice. However sometimes they may have car shortage specially during summer wekeends. Overbooking should be prohibited.
