  This is the first time I have reviewed a car rental agency, because the many positives in my experience justifies it. First, the price for my rental was outstanding compared to other car rental companies as well as other enterprise locations. Second, they opened exactly at their opening time of 8 am, which was important for me that day. Third, all staff I interacted with were polite /professional including an apology for keeping me waiting about 5 mins as they moved cars out of the way in the busy lot. Finally, the car was in excellent condition, I was given credit for bringing it back with extra gas, and drop off was very quick.

  My pick up was smooth and quick despite there being a queue. The staff was patient and courteous. The car type I reserved wasn't available but they gave me an upgrade in return.

  My first time renting a car, since both my vehicles were in the shop and I had to leave town suddenly for a funeral. Booking the rental via their online site was quick and easy to do. I chose my class of car and read all the information thoroughly. I thought the rental prices were very reasonable, but the added DW (aka insurance) did bring that total up a bit more to where I assumed it would be. I will look into getting a credit card that covers this option in the future to save on that. When I arrived the process went quickly. I was lucky enough to be offered a choice of cars within the class I booked, but was unsure of which to pick since I was not familiar with the newer models. Harry (apologies if incorrectly spelled) was very knowledgeable about the vehicles on the lot and their mechanical features, so he enquired as to what I was looking for specifically. With that sorted out he recommended the car he thought would work best for me, (a very new car!) and he was spot-on. The car was such a dream to drive, effortless and easy, with great fuel mileage and a comfortable suspension. It was also handed over to me absolutely spotless. There were no issues, and bringing the car back went just as quickly. I did feel badly about the millions of dead bugs the highway had thrown at it, after being given to me in such a nice condition, but he reminded me that all the cars get washed before finding new minders. Still, I wish I'd had it washed myself as thanks. I would definitely recommend this rental agency, and will absolutely be back if I need to. Customer service was 10/10, car also 10/10.
