  Enterprise is the only car rental agency I deal with regularly. As expected, the service and staff of the Greektown location was exceptional. I’m always helped with quickly and easily. Highly recommended and never disappointed.

  Couldn’t have asked for a more simple or enjoyable rental experience! Vehicle was mint and huge shoutout to the young gentleman with the light hair that gave us a hand with both pick up and drop off (so sorry forgot to get his name) he mentioned that he only started a few weeks ago and we were so shocked as he was wicked knowledgeable and helpful! 10/10

  The ONLY enterprise location we will be using moving forward is Greektown. So prepared and friendly, all of the staff was so nice. Other locations I have been to (ie. Shoppers World) have been terrible. So terrible we were very hesitant to try Greektown. No regrets though, the service was on point.

  Service is very bad. First i book for nissan versa. When i arrived they told me its not available. I had couple of issue with my bank car since i am from a different city. They told me its not available and they are going to give me Pacifica . I ask them how long they have time. They said 1 hour. And after 1 hour it might not be available. I settled down with my bank and call them about 11.40 that i am going through lots of stuffs and I have finally settled it. I reached there at 11.55 or 11.56 pm and made the payment. After the payment they said pacifica is not available and they are putting me into Nissan Murano. They flipped the whole. I was not treated right. They took advantage of me not from the city and my need of a car. Not recommended for people who is outside of Toronto

  This week. I had to rent a car last minute to travel from Sault Ste. Marie, back to Toronto (7 hour drive), with a lot of items to carry back. The best option was a car rental. Hands down, ENTERPRISE was the winner! From arranging the car by phone, picking up the car, the actual car being perfect, then the drop off here in Toronto, it was seamless from start to finish. There were no surprise hidden fees; the staff were very helpful and courteous, they called to follow up, and to be sure everything was okay, and was there anything they could improve upon. Excellent customer experience!
