What really set them apart was the exceptional customer service. I was never left wondering what was happening with my car. The team kept me consistently updated throughout the entire repair process. The staff here is soooo nice! Every interaction was professional, warm, and genuine. To top it all off, when I picked up my vehicle, it was spotless. They did such a fantastic job cleaning it. I wouldn't even let them do any work on a toy Tonka truck.They don't keep you informed of the progress of the work they're doing, so you have no idea when you're getting your vehicle back. This body shop is associated with Aviva insurance company. They get referrals from Aviva insurance. If you get referred to them by Aviva do not go with this company get a body shop that is not associated with Aviva insurance. I found out the hard way that this body shop no matter what this issue is with you vehicle they will always side with Aviva insurance. Their fiduciary duties will always be to Aviva insurance because Aviva insurance company brought them the business and not to the client. If they don't know how to fix something on your car instead of admitting that they give you a bunch of BS and then turn the issue back on the client saying the damage was there before the accident without any proof of that. This body shop is a joke. Stay away. I wish I could give minus Stars.
