  My wife was rear-ended in her Range Rover returning home from Muskoka. Fortunately she was unharmed in the collision. She only had her Velar for two months so we did not want to take any chances on where the repair would be done. We opted to take it to the closest Land Rover dealer which is in partnership with Assured Automotive for the dealerships body work. We left our vehicle in the hands of Dean Jacobson, who is the representative and liaison between Range Rover and Assured. Right from the start I was impressed with his level of professionalism and genuine “want to please the customer” attitude. Without going on and on, Dean throughout this difficult process went above and beyond numerous times to make everything more than perfect. His communication kept us up to date with the entire repair and he made sure my wife’s car was returned to us in showroom condition. He also oversaw the delivery of the suv back to us since we live 2 hours away. All I can say is I’ll never consider anyone else for a collision repair. Hopefully it won’t be needed, but if so, I know I can trust Dean will look after us. Thank you again Dean you are truly a step above.

  They are the best. If you’re looking for the best quality work in the city, Dean and team are wonderful. Have used them twice for body repair and it was great. Highly recommend

  Dean was totally amazing from beginning to end. Rarely do you see this level of professionalism and follow up. Dean kept in touch with me the whole time the car was in for bodywork resulting from a rear end accident. I highly, highly recommend Dean and Assured. You will not be let down!

  Unfortunately, we have been to a few collision repair centres in the past. And they were all very stressful and negative. This was our first experience with Assured Grand Touring and from the beginning to the end, they exceeded our expectations. They were very professional, honest and kept us in the loop the entire time. They even left us a thank you note, noting that we could contact them if there was any questions or concerns. Our representative was Dean and he was not only professional and prompt, but he made sure everything went smoothly.
