  If you have a concern regarding your repair, they are quick to tell you it’s out of scope, even though a quick google search confirms it’s absolutely relevant. They tried saying our back hatch replacement on our Hyundai Elantra GT does not impact AM radio. Where did they pull this info? Well I can guess, because a simple search shows it’s a very relevant spot. If you want to get gaslit into accepting poor repairs, go here. Otherwise…. AVOID!

  Assured were really great to work with. The staff were all very helpful and easy to work with, and were very good at their job. The repairs were also excellent, and they even gave me some leftover touch up paint for free when I asked about it. Definitely recommend this place.

  Horrible customer service - emails are either unanswered, or answered a month later. You can talk to someone on the phone, and 10 mins later, the same person in real life will contradict themselves. Workmanship is bad, don't expect anything to last. They will also try to tell you the insurance company 'told' them to do the minimal amount of work, when they are the ones who are lazy.
