  Not only have I had a poor experience with the service department following a collision - ended up taking my car to CSN Avenue Collision instead, would recommend - but today the neglectful shuttle technician almost hit both me and my dog while walking. Now I genuinely believe that those who work there have no care or concern for clients or people in general.

  Dean handled our repair and we could not be happier with both him from a customer service standpoint, and the quality/efficiency of the work done on our car. Dean was prompt, communicative, friendly and made us feel assured the entire way that things would be done to a high standard. Our car looks new again and we couldn't ask for much more. Hopefully we don't end up in this situation again, but if we did, I would hope to work with Dean and Assured again. Thanks for taking care of us!

  We had the pleasure of working with Dean Jacobson who made our experience seamless. He is an absolute professional who communicated every step of the process with us to ensure a quality, efficient, and successful outcome, which he did. While we don’t want to require a repair again, if we did, we’d be giving Dean a call. Thank you, Dean, and Assured @ Grand Touring Automobiles!

  Dean was a gem to work with... he made the repair process and the liaison with the insurance company and the rental company seamless and easy for me. The added bonus of reviving my vehicle back sparkling clean inside and out was amazing! Assured Automotive are without a doubt 5 gold star service champions !

  Dean at Assured Automotive at Grand Touring did a great job getting my Jaguar XF back into mint condition after some clutz backed her Buick SUV into me (without looking) in a parking lot. Was an insurance job (hers), and Dean took care of me all the way. Thanks!
