  No complaints at all. I had a very good experience from day one, from having the whole process clearly explained to me to getting my car back much faster than initially expected. My car had a dent and scratches on the rear passenger side, and the door needed to be replaced and repainted. I’m very pleased with the end result. The new door and paint blend in seamlessly with the rest of the car, and you really can’t tell that any work was done. Overall, I’m very happy with both the quality of the repair and how smooth and efficient the entire process was. Great service from start to finish!

  This is my first time at this location and I must say it is the best Assured location I’ve been to, as well as body shop in general. I’ve been to other body shops and dealers and none compare to the service here. The staff is so friendly, caring and know what they’re doing. My whole experience was seamless and quick!! I never had to wonder what was happening, they gave me updates when orders were placed, received and when the job was done. They fixed my car in 1 day and I was assigned my rental for a week and a half. They gave me a full breakdown of what was done, and were genuinely so kind and caring. It was refreshing to finally go somewhere where they know what they’re doing, have good work ethic and great customer service. I highly recommend them! Thank you Assured on Adelaide for such a seamless, quick, effective experience! 10/10!
