  AVOID AT ALL COSTS. I have had my vehicle here for over 8 months due to garbage work that was done initially and having to bring it back. Lack of communication is probably the biggest issue aside from any sort of professionalism. They botched the first assessment causing crazy delays, re evaluated it several times clearly trying to get more money who knows. Not sure what they do here but definitely isn’t right. They gave me back a truck without my license plate ( great start) and when asked for it to be returned they either couldn’t find it or it was in the mail or when I called about several times, Ignored me or answered one time with attitude. Couldn’t drive the thing for weeks anyways so what was the point and then finally had to bring it back to the shop for revisions to what they ‘fixed’ AND THE BEST PART removing OEM parts ( driver side running board that DID NOT need to be removed) and not telling me and thinking they can now put aftermarket on both sides and tell me my vehicle( top of the line Denali) came with aftermarket when there is a clear height and visual difference stepping out and into the truck. Needless to say it is still at the shop. ZERO communication still as of today - they can barely reply to the insurance agents or claim adjusters. And the response that the ‘new manager’ has been in contact is complete BS. It’s pulling teeth to get anyone to answer let alone call back. If your insurance tells you to use them- avoid if you can. Brampton location was just as bad with communication fyi

  Replacement of driver side doors done as a result of being t-boned. Service was courteous and professional and efficient. Wait time to get in was a bit long and the car took a bit to get back due to parts, but overall, job was done well.

  Very disappointing and unprofessional experience. I dropped off my car for a minor accident repair, and it stayed there for 4 weeks. When I got it back, it had new damage — a cracked windshield and a missing hubcap that were NOT there when I dropped it off. When I raised the issue, they showed me photos taken 3 days after drop-off showing the damage — which only proves the damage happened while the car was in their possession, not before. Instead of taking responsibility, they tried to use those photos to avoid accountability. That’s completely unacceptable. When a shop has your car, they are responsible for its condition. I would not trust this place with my vehicle again.
