- JEJenny EarnshawApr 1, 20265.0I read the reviews and was a bit sceptical about Alamo, but once we worked out where to go to collect the car, Jen who looked after us was really helpful and friendly. The car was great and the sat nav (GPS) was invaluable. Everything paperwork wise was completed quickly and efficiently, and explained well. Overall a good experience - as others have said, a sign in the lobby of 161 Bay would be helpful but the concierge pointed us to the correct lifts and from there it’s easy. Down to P3 and signs are on the ceiling.

- RRRicaHOct 22, 20235.0Para encontrarlos debes entrar por la calle Bay, bajar las escaleras, encontrarás el food court, te vas al fondo y tomas a la izquierda, ahí encontrarás las agencias de alquiler de autos. La entrega fue súper rápido, nos dieron un auto nuevo y limpio, lo alquilamos solo por dos días para ir a Niagara Falls y luego devolvimos en el aeropuerto Pearson sin ningún problema. Chequear con cuanto te entregan el tanque de gasolina; para que lo devuelvas igual. Todo bien!
