  Servizio rapido e personale gentile. È stato solo un attimo difficile capire dove si trovasse l’ufficio o il ritiro auto perchè sono situati nella parte sotterranea e il ritiro auto è al parcheggio sotterraneo insieme ad Enterprise. È possibile lasciare l’auto anche dopo l’orario di chiusura perchè c’è la cassetta per lasciare le chiavi.

  Excellente expérience de location avec ALAMO Bay St. Pour trouver leur agence, prenez un ascenseur et descendez au troisième sous-sol (P3). C'est ensuite fléché. La jeune femme qui m'a accueilli était super sympa et les démarches ont été rondement expédiées. J'ai une droit à une Toyota RAV4 quasi neuve (11.000 km) à la propreté impeccable. Le retour fut du même niveau: employé sympathique et efficace.

  Worst car rental place wouldn't recommend, we got extra charges through the time of our rental, double and triple the amount paid of the actual weekend rental. Then after returning fully clean, full gas tank an extra $1000 dollar charge, when asking customer service and the location where the extra charges came from they wont tell you why. Definitely wouldn't recommend.

  Disappointed with the service at this location. We arrived a few minutes before our reservation, stood 5th in line, and waited over an hour for the vehicle. This defeats the purpose of reserving in advance. Furthermore, I specifically booked a luxury sedan (Audi A3/Mercedes C-Class) due to hotel garage height limits. They assigned me a Mini Countryman (Crossover SUV) instead, which was too tall. When I requested a sedan, I was told they only had lower-class models available, and even those weren't ready. To avoid waiting any longer, I accepted the SUV. While I understand small facilities have limited inventory, a reserved class should be ready on time. Disappointing logistics.

  We booked a car with Alamo and when we came to pick it up it turned out there was no car for us. When we, obviously irritated, asked the lady at the counter how can a company rent cars they don't have, she told us she doesn't understand what we're confused about and what our issue is and that they don't have our car period. Wouldn't recommend
